This hotel was booked last minute after seeing promising photos. The rooftop bar and hot tub was closed the entire time. Our clothes were thrown away by the housekeeping, even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel was not so much dirty as it was more outdated and lacked in anything special.

Hotel needs renovation, one must leave the facility to get coffee and food. Elevator appears unstable. However the staff was friendly and accommodating; not as advertised. I would not recommend this Hotel.

There were 2 full days with absolutely no hot water. The staff didnt seem concerned that we could not take even a lukewarm shower. When i asked again upon checkout they told me to complain to expedia. I have stayed there in the last with no issues. While i understand these things can happen. Their lack of concern and no solution for 2 days was unacceptable

Furchtbar! Das Bettzeug hatte einen großen Blutfleck. Nachdem angeblich kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei war (auf Expedia zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch einige Zimmer verfügbar) hat uns die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin einfach noch ein Leintuch in die Hand gedrückt und meinte wir sollen es doch einfach über die Flecken ausbreiten.
Generell ist das Personal nicht sehr bemüht.
Die Einrichtung ist total demoliert - alles wackelt.
Die Wände im Zimmer sind mit grauem Stoff bezogen - der Stoff war total staubig sodass auch Nicht-Allergiker zu Allergikern werden.
Lage nicht ideal da alles (bis auf den Petersdom) sehr weit zu Fuß ist.
Alles in allem schlecht.

Location was great. Young staff members were polite but didnt have any answers. The rooms were NOT sound proofed, as stated on their website. Roadworks were so loud the room was shaking and you could hear people chatting in the corridor. We found that the terrace gad been closed for 6 months, which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. This was so disappointing.
The room was cleaned daily and towels changed regularly but there was a squashed bug on the wall all week.

There has been an attempt to fix up the building with some reno's
Lots of food choices within walking distance. The orange sign helps find the hotel.
Over all it was a good stay, Throughout or trip in Italy we have seen a lot of rooms and this wasn't the worst we have seen.

The location is near the main locations with access to the other ones since the bus stations are nearby. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.

Like others have said, this hotel is not four star. My room desperately needed some work, the bathroom particularly. That said, almost every other hotel nearby was approximately double the price when I looked.

Peaceful Hotel and walkable everywhere.
I did not see any extra amenities except the WiFi.
I have an inconvenience with my reservation dates and we had a miscommunication situation..they said they will not charge extra but at the end they did charge me and that was not ideal since they told me first they will not charge. Regardless thanks anyways, but it’s not pleasant what had happened.

The pictures on the website are not up to date. There is no roof top bar and the rooftop spa/hot tub did it have any water and was dirty. Our door had to be splayed to close and after a day out we returned to find the door open where staff did not close for behind them after cleaning. One of our rooms the tv did not work. No cups in room for bathroom and no coffee. When asked we were told they stopped coffee in 2920 with Covid. We had to go outside hotel to get food or drinks. Would not recommend to stay in. Do not let the pictures fool you.

Overall decent stay for the price, the ac doesn’t work but most hotels in Italy don’t have working ac so we weren’t too bothered by that. Our safe wasn’t easy to get working and the fridge wasn’t working which was inconvenient and it’s pretty loud as the walls are thin. But it’s in a great area lots of amazing restaurants especially the one next door and a quick walk to things like the Vatican. Check in process was super easy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating as we had to stay an extra night last minute due to a train strike and they accommodated us right away even though the request was very last minute. Overall a pretty decent place to stay if you want to be central to everything but save some money.

The location of the hotel was good. BUT this hotel has seen better times.
The positive:
Good location in Prati very near the Vatican, bus stops, shops and walkable from the metro.
We asked to be relocated because the first room wasn’t very nice which they did with little hesitation. The new room had good air conditioning and was clean.
The price is we paid was fair for what it is and how late we booked
The areas of improvement:
The hotel decor is TIRED. So much so that it feels seedy. The bed is hard and we didn’t sleep well for two nights. The windows are thin if noise bothers you.
The rooftop (which is what made us book in the first place) was closed for refurbishment which was disappointing
While the hotel boasts to be a 4 star, it isn’t.

There was no working AC. They gave me the wrong room at first. Bed was nice and spacious room. No proper soap was given or toothpaste. Toilet did not work properly. Staff was nice.
