Excellent concierge. Easy and supportive staffs who were eager to assist their guests with any issues. Check in and out were breey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower area was also very spacious with two washing areas. Breakfast offered at the restaurant was excellent. My children claimed that the hotel offered the best breakfast in Italy. We also had dinner at the same restaurant. Service and food were both great. One of my sons had pasta and he claimed that it was the best pasta in Rome. Will come back again in near future.

Amazing staff -beautiful location -- AC was working as Americans are used to having at home in United States .
I would give this hotel a wonderful recommendation for everything especially the front desk staff with all the wonderful assistance.
