Great location, very walkable into Como centre and for Train station.
Good size room, clean and tidy.
Shame windows were covered in huge shutters which made being in the room a bit claustrophobic.

I stayed for a night, very good location - walkable to rail station and Como lake ferries. Since the property is on the main road, it is quite noisy. The property is clean but dated.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very outdated and the rooms very small. The shower is very small and you cannot move around safely. Although our stay was reasonable there were nicer hotels located closer to the lake costing only a fraction more. Not my type of hotel.

we arrived earlier than our check-in they were kind to let us leave our luggage while we went to our tour. Room was great and staff were very friendly, highly recommend if you’re staying in Como !!!!

The location of the hotel to the center is about 15-20 minutes walk. There is a paid garage but you need to make a reservation (and it was less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel but it was safe). The room was ok as we had 3 single beds, bathroom was spacious and newly done (there are no hooks to hang the towels). Clean beds and towels.
