We stay a total of 4 nights, , ,the first two were above average. 3.5-4 stars, the room was in a good condition, there were a couple of minor repairs, that if fixed, it will have made it an excellent 4 stars room. We left for a week and returned for our secind two nights, but this time we were given a toom that was at the most a 2.5 start rating. The room was at the most 150 sq ft. We have asked for a triple room, so we got two single beds paired together and a rollaway bed that was very difficult to walk between beds. The bathroom was grossed molded and holes on the walls as if previous fixtures have been removed or exchanged by smaller or different type. The in-room mini bar was inoperable. When I asked the front desk to move to another room do to the room not being what i had expected, i was told that changing rooms was not possible, but that at least the minibar could be exchanged for a working one. But in order to have it exchanged, we must leave the room. We agreed to at least have a working fridge, but the new one was just as old that tooked all night to barely feel slightly cool. The staff offered ice buckets to keep our food and drinks cold, because apparantly, there were no other working fridges. The hotel has a 4 star rating, someone should go back and update their review and recategorized them. You cannot advertise a 4 star hotel when only a few rooms are and the rest are a crapy place Tried uploading pics but the system is not allowing me to post them.

I stayed for Salone 2023 - made a booking in advance, many guests has shared their views of the property not clean and tidy, however my experience with the staff and stay was very good. Location is remote however its ideal if you are planning a business trip and have a rental car on hand - 2 ladies at the front /concierge were more than helpful in assisting with city tolls and other matters /inquiries. Over all - good stay in town and I plan to book them in future travels

location awkward. Staff awkward with kettle request for the room, but this was thankfully rectified by the chef, which made us happier. Breakfast incredibly unsustainable, a lot of meat and dairy is provided- sad news for the animals and the planet. poor vegan options.

The hotel is avarage, the room was dirty and cleaning during the stay was not good. Breakfast was with limited choice without any vegetables at all. We have booked it only since it was in a comfortable location for our work.

1. we were not given the proper name of the hotel , nor we have given the address of the hotel .we have straggled finding the hotel . 2. On arrival at the hotel , the reception ( a gentleman ) was very rude and very unhelpful. 3. The shower in our room had a blocked drainage we had to shower in a big peddle of water. 4. But the manager and the staff in the breakfast area in the morning were most nice, polite, and very very helpful.

Nice hotel in the industrial part of Milan / Baranzate. The location (important for me), and the staff were the positive signs of this property. However, it needs some little updates here and there. Bathroom shower in "deluxe" room probably had sliding door, which was lately replaced by $5 plastic curtain. Plumbing itself can be hear thru the drain - not the most pleasant sounds one wants to hear when sleeping. The TV has Italian language channels only, and out of 200+ channels listed, less than half of them were available.

Nice place modern and clean. Only issue was there was almost no water pressure in the room. Stayed on the 6th floor and I couldn't get the shower head to stY on, only the wand. Otherwise a good experience.

Everything was good except the shuttle that needs to be washed. But in general I would recommend it.

If the only thing is business then I would not even rethink to book but unfortunately this hotel is like in middle of no where. Nothing is around. Even the taxi takes 20-25 to go to center.

Hotel is in a very industrial area, behind a gas station. My car hood was dented in the parking garage and the beds are awful. My back hurt for 2 days.

The hotel claims to be a four star but it is a run down hotel. It does not have a gym or a deal with the local virgin active as advertised on the website. The breakfast is awful (eggs were black and bread was stale) and the staff were very unfriendly. No irons in rooms and no kettle in your room for tea and coffee. Also no places to eat nearby.

This is a small hotel for a short stays. This was very good for me. The staff was nice and helpful.

Very strong perfume smell in the room which gave us a headache, also the aircon doesn't work!!! Found an opened bottle of water in the fridge which was warm as the fridge didn't even work. This hotel is very far out from the city center. The receptionist told us the bus is a 100 meter walk from the hotel, when it is actually 500 m. The bus route to the city center is long and a cab from hotel cost minimum 40 euros. They told us if we want we could get a taxi from Rho station to our hotel There was not one taxi in sight at 10pm . Was a ghost town. Had to go to each stop on the train to find a taxi!! Rather pay a little extra and stay in the city.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Arriving in the room was greeted with not working air conditioning, after reporting the issue it was fixed few hours later. The room was in a bad condition with part of a mirror looking like its about to fall off. The request for a bath was not granted and only received a shower despite writing the request. The location is very bad far away from the train station around 45 min walk. If you decide to take a taxi to get there you might end up paying upwards of 20 euro. The restaurant menu was very disappointing consisted of just 4 main meals some of which wasn't even served when asked for. The breakfast was very bad, most of the things looked dried up and out of date. At night the main street was filled with prostitutes, would not recommend going to this hotel.

It's perfect if you have a car. You can drive to many shopping malls. Cheap and great things to buy. Many discounts. 20 min to central by car. And 1 hr to outlet shopping mall near Genova.

The hotel is situated on a motorway. No city view. The hotel is very far from milan have to take a fast train then hotel is a 28 minute walk from train station. The road the hotel is situated on has loads of prostitues. I had an "superior double room" the standard cheaper room looked better than the more expensive room.

The room air conditioner did not work. The front desk said they adjusted the temperature but it still did not work. The restaurant staff was wonderful and they gave us a compete tray glass of champagne. We were extremely happy with our meal. Breakfast was also wonderful--the best we found in Italy!

The hotel location is quite remote, more than 10km from the city centre. We were self-driving so it was ok to us. Free basement parking. Room was clean and the shower water was really hot. They give 2 free drinking water bottle everyday.
