We had to start a night next to Rome Airport. After comparing a few options, we decided to go for Rome Airport Hotel. The staff was extremely nice, the place is clean and nicely designed. A bit outdated, but overall very nice experience when you have a layover with a family.

Clean and modern rooms. The advertise said it's close to the airport, but it's not. Then you need to pay for the shuttle, per person, even if the advertise that they offer the service.

The room was extremely expensive, but not comfortable. The doors don’t block enough noise and the air conditioner fan didn’t work, making it very hard to sleep in the morning.

Checking in and out was smooth. I had to pay for their shuttle back and forth 7€/person. That was something not aware of. Had no idea on how to get there. Had to contact them on whatsup to get direction on where to pick up the shuttle. Breakfast was included.(did not eat so no comment) The building was nice. Old building and overall clean. The worst part was the smell in the hallway. This old musty smell that made us nauseous after a long flight. In the room not so much. The deck had no chair or table. The shower so small and the shower handle leaking all over. The room gave the kids this haunted feeling. Arrived there around 3 pm. There was no restaurant open at that time so had to pick up some food at a market. Worst part for me is that I had to find things out myself and the hotel had no heads up for anything.

Extremely outdated hotel, and pictures look nothing like real life. More motel style. Stayed here for one night as a layover, however I would not stay any longer, or pay more than what a few star hotel is worth. There was also a strong chemical smell in the room, buzzing noise, and loud construction like noise that started quite early in the morning and would continue here and there until we checked out. Also getting to hotel itself, factor an additional 50-60 euros for taxi/transfer. The hotel apparently has a shuttle but if you fly in past 10:30pm, you’re on our own, and there’s nothing to the airport.

We were charged around $450 a night. The hotel is looks nothing like it does in the advertisement. It is rundown and smells weird. The staff are nice and the breakfast was a good deal but for the amount of money that you pay it is a horrible deal. Also, the neighborhood is very rundown. There is a beach nearby, which is nice but it is not a neighborhood you would expect for $450 a night.

The hotel was not worth $500 a night. I think some of the comments were misleading. It is outdated, but our bathroom was updated and needs to be modernized. There were restaurants in walking distance but not open.
