Great option for accommodation in Milan. Easy train tram in from airport and easy 30 minute walk to main sites. Good restaurants and cafes within blocks. Super helpful staff on site.

Property was centrally located with easy access to places of interest in Milan. Our studio apt was well appointed with all essential amenities. It also had a spacious balcony. We loved the added security of personal code access to the building. However, on the morning we checked out, the door to the building was open, likely because a guest did not close the door. This was a beautiful apartment and had a washing machine! I did not like the location- about a 15 min walk from the metro and very residential. This is my bad, I was looking at the wrong airport when I booked this room thinking we were close to the international airport but it’s a smaller airport, just in case anyone has the same inclination.
One thing I didn’t like about this project property is all of the technology involved in checking in. Basically was asked to not talk to the reception people. I will say that when I did speak to them, they were very nice.
Also- this hotel is not very accommodating, they charge for early check-in which is something we did not experience anywhere else in Italy.

Overall, very nice, comfortable apartment in Milan. The location is fairly convenient but not central to many of the attractions. However, convenient access to the tram is available. There are no instruction for using any of the appliances (stove, washing machine) or controlling the heat and the controls are not intuitive. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided some assistance but this should be unnecessary with a few instructions. Not sure if I would stay again but it is a nice apartment building if you prefer this location.

My experience at the Sonder hotel was disappointing. My daughter had an accident that prevented her from leaving the room on time, and the supervisor, Federica, tried to charge us much more than the normal rate for a night, taking advantage of the situation. In the end, she unjustly charged us for an extra night without even asking about the reason for the delay. I found this very inconsiderate and poor customer service. I hope they improve in the future.

Really liked the property -- concept is an unattended model -- so no staff after hours. Easy of access was good but they clearly held us until exactly 4PM check in before releasing the room. Great neighborhood -- but not in a tourist zone -- we loved that. Several nice restaurants nearby. Carrefour Express a block away that met our needs plus several bakeries. Only complaint is a fire issue overnight. With no attendant -- I think they found out about the fact that we had evacuated the building and were standing outside when I messaged them. No fire department response until AFTER a team member had dashed in from off property. It was a cooking issue - so no fire -- but I would be worried if it had been a real emergency.

I think the room itself with the patio was great. The location is decent but is a 25-30 walk to the Duomo area for site seeing. The area around is actually quite convén for local shops and restaurants that are better than what you’ll find in the touristy areas. Wouldn’t recommend any around Duomo. €€ just for the location.

For the kind of room I had, I was glad I had a washing machine and cooking utensils to serve my purpose. I understood that the property was undergoing renovation hence some lapses. However being a foreigner, I had some challenges after the receptionist had closed .

Great stay, would absolutely do Sonder again. Highly recommend. Clean, efficient, comfortable, modern, great condition, staff helpful, love the lounge area w self-service sparkling water.
Recycling was a bit confusing - would be nice if they would post what colors mean on bins rather than having to look up each time.

Perfect location, spacious apartment, lovely and hopefull staff. Clean and well equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. Tram 16 3 minutes walk, takes you to most places and easy to get to train to airport too. The best part was the lovely fresh smell and spacious lounge with outdoor area and large balcony. Huge bed and comfortable furniture in the apartment. Gym, if you still have an energy after visiting all the places of interest. Cafe, supermarket and fresh bakery shop 2 minutes away. If you staying longer, there are trains to lake Como and other nearby attractions. I was only in for 2 nights. Still had a lovely time. The late evening, walk back to the appointment, felt safe and smell of jasmine on the way made it unforgettable. Jasmine grows all over Milan. Almost forgot, toiletries shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus little body lotion. There is a washing machine. Espresso machine and few different tea bags, sugar in a kitchen.

Incredibly great location if visiting Milan. The best thing about this hotel is the onsite underground parking. If you ever driven to Milan, parking is a nightmare and the odds of damaging you car is very high. We were really glad for the onsite parking option. Hotel facility was very new, lots of restaurants and a market all within a block, super convenient. AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the shower was not the cleanest, there was black mold all along the bottom of the shower around the bottom of glass enclosure.
