the location close to the Scala is the only advantage here.
The reception was friendly but the challenge ist to find this little door directly beside a parking entrance. If you leave your car there, the service is ok (but 80€ per day) but don't wonder if your car is telling you all the time that it is moving. They need to jiggle all the cars around to squeeze everything in.
Housekeeping works only sometimes - even when we were away for hours for sightseeing. You notice that something must be there, when you see all the cars with dirty linen and cleaning equipment left and right of your room door but the please make our room sign worked only ones. I.e. you also do not get the free mini bar refilled or coffee etc.
The "Rooftop Restaurant" is not as you might expect. Dinner is not recommendable - even when you arrive late (the Lasagne was the worst i ever had) and breakfast service does everything to get you out again. As soon as you get there you are literally "attacked" to provide your room number (even when they should know you meanwhile). the omelette is swimming in cheap oil and the ingredients like tomatoes are still cold when you get it. When you are late they already remove everything - before the end of the breakfast time. It is customer avoidance - not customer service. Just to be clear - it is a high price location. Charging up to 600€ per night depending on the room category.

The staff is very cold and callous. My wife needed to go to bathroom and asked the check in lady the location. She told us the wrong elevator direction. We stayed two nights there and no one come to clean the house.

We were happy our rooms were ready when we arrived before the official check-in time (after a long flight). We were also pleasantly surprised with the upgraded rooms we received. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and helpful. The hotel is well-located and walkable to the main tourist attractions and shopping.

Location Location Location. Perfect hotel if you’re coming to Milan to see all what it has to offer. So many designer shops, food, etc all within a couple minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Very clean, the shower and hot tub was amazing.

The location was fantastic.
Close to the Duomo, metro, and shopping center. All within 10 min from hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely welcoming. Taxi transportation by Nico of Milantransfer.it was superb and less expensive than other companies. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not sure the source (probably the drains) sometime there is a really bad smell in the room.

Pros:
Allowed us in our room a few minutes early.
Wonderful soaker tub.
Up to date electronic outlets and lighting.
Very nice breakfast.
Convenient location.
Cons:
Strange swing in room.
Had some water leaking from room above.
