Room was very very small and next to the elevator. The bathroom was in terrible shapes the door frame was rotted and the door handle fell off twice. I had to complain to have it repaired. They didn’t clean the room unless I asked. The breakfast buffet was also very limited for 37 euro per person. I am a huge Westin fan, this properly was not up to their normal standard.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Liliana at reception was so friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again next time we come to Milan. Easy walking to everything but also a Metro nearby if needed.

Staff and service are great. Front desk staff, Johan, was very friendly. Requested for additional nespresso pods and they send a handful immediately.
Room is spacious, clean, nicely furnished.
However, it takes the shower 10-15 minutes running before the hot water came out. It was such a waste of water.
The door didn't have a chain lock. Sometime around 8 pm, there was a knock at our door. We didn't open it as we were already asleep due to jet lag. A staff then came in supposedly to replenish the mini bar. He immediately left saying he will put the DND door sign to keep our privacy. A door chain though would have avoided the situation.

Great location. Property is in excelent condition. Rooms are clean and big for Europe standard. Couldn't get the temprerature under 19°C so sleeping was uncomortable as I like a cold room but seems to ba problem across Italy in general.

We enjoyed staying at the Westin, Milan . Especially happy with Chef at the restaurant that had innovative design and flavor for our dinners there. Fillippo, our waiter was outstanding! He knew everything the chef portrayed and explained in an amazing manner. His suggestions were spot on! Bravo!

The rugs in the hallway are getting old amd smell humid. It need to be remodeled the bath room needs to have ashiwer tub is very uncomfortable to get in and out
