The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but the location, with the views over Etna and the fantastic pool and beach area are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful too…. all good!

Beautiful location for a romantic stay. Amazing infinity pool carved out of the rocks and great restaurant. Pool area used in The White Lotus.
Not close to the center of town, you will need to drive or take a taxi. Not much to do in the immediate hotel area, but the property is just amazing.

This hotel gave me an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff assisted us with on-site parking, which is extremely important in Taormina. They offered a daily shuttle bus to the town, and their pool and private beach are breathtaking. We dined at the restaurant on our first night and the experience was incredible—the food was delicious and right next to the ocean. I wish I could have stayed another night. This hotel is a true experience and I strongly recommend it.

The best part of this hotel is the property. The private beach, the pool and views. The breakfast that is included is excellent and the restaurant is refined. The hotel and furnishings are a bit dated but the hotel is clean and well maintained. Only thing that’s a negative is that you really can’t walk to anything. You need to drive or take a shuttle to go anywhere.

Hotel needs renovation, all is like Hello from 70 s . Good room, but nowhere to put your clothes, very uncomfortable shower. All the rest is perfect, nice service, shuttle is a plus as taxi is 25 euro to town center. Breakfast poor

The staff was friendly. If you needed a ride to town it was there within minutes. The rooms could use some updating. The shower was difficult to use. There were a lot of small ants in the room.

Overall, this is a beautiful hotel however it is outdated in the main sections, such as the lobby and the guest rooms, as well as hallways, etc. Each room we were in with family has somewhat of a musty smell and was damp. The air conditioning did work, but not incredibly well. With some updates to the entrance, lobby, hallways, lighting, rooms, bathrooms and technology this could be a much better resort.
