Vascellero Club Resort

No one here can speak even a little bit of English, not even the staff. There is no wifi available in the rooms. Wifi is for some reason only available in places where you need it least, like the walkways. Mobile data doesn't work to well in the rooms either. This is probably due to the glass they use for the rooms. The quality of the food at the buffet is not good enough for the price you pay for it. It is not restaurant grade. Sometimes one of the animators here will come and try to talk with you, in Italian, even if you don't want it. The car parking is horribly designed, using olive trees as barriers so that people often park their car in a space for two cars, which leads to difficulty when finding a place to park. The quality of the rooms is good, they are well air conditioned. The pools are nice as well. In short. It is very nice to stay here if you are Italian. That is the reason for so many positive reviews, because only Italians come here. So if you don't speak the language, then you should choose another place, preferably closer to a big city, like Naples.

No wi-fi in the rooms. At the reception they say you that wifi is near the swimming pool but it's not working. The staff speaks only Italian. When you try to speak in English nobody understands you... Fruits at the restaurant are hard as rocks. Very sad because we are in Italy so they should be great. I'm very disappointed.
