Villa Fiorentino

This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are beautiful. The private balcony from your room provides a gorgeous backdrop while you eat breakfast every day. There are also lounges out there. The infinity pools up above are great and provide an even more spectacular view. The property is located on the highest elevated street on the mountain, so you get the complete view of the west mountain of Positano. There are not that many rooms in the establishment, so it feels like you have the entire place to yourself most of the time. The staff and service are great. Front desk gives good dining and activity recommendations. The rest of the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend a stay here!!!

I hardly EVER write reviews (this may be one of the only ones I’ve ever written), but I felt drawn to review Villa Fiorentino as it was truly the best part of our Positano honeymoon. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was even more spectacular in person. Everything was received as advertised and the photos, if anything, could not fully capture the beauty of the room and the amenities the hotel had to offer with our package. The two biggest points for this hotel are of course the stunning balcony views, but most importantly, how kind and generous the staff is. They truly welcome you here and treat you like family. My husband and I felt like we were being hosted by friends and family, not a hotel. The staff goes above and beyond for you, has great recommendations and advice for nearby activities, and will do everything to make sure your stay is perfect. They will make you feel important and valued. Wonderful hospitality. The hotel is very well-maintained and extremely clean, as well as quiet. We spent several hours a day relaxing in the pool or on our balcony soaking in the views and peaceful atmosphere. We ordered pizza several times and it was our favorite pizza of the trip. We leave tomorrow morning and we are so sad! We hope to see you again soon.❤️

Wonderful, famil- run boutique hotel. Breakfast: served whenever you want, in your room - order the night before (large menu to choose from). Fresh baked croissants were amazing. Location: high up at street level, which also gives a jaw dropping view. You can take either the road or stairs to walk down to the beach etc. Taxis are also very easy to find for flat rate of 35-40 euro per ride. We were traveling with a baby and were impressed that they had both a pack and play and high chair in our room for us.

4 different hotels for us on this trip and this place has the most kind and genuine staff we encountered. Great location (it matters in this town), great views, extremely accommodating staff - highly recommended. Pro tip: the concierge are locals and are extremely knowledgeable with tours and best ways to get around so pick their brains before booking tours. Nitpick for the staff: our washroom smelled like a wet cloth, not sure where it came from.

Simply amazing!!! There is nothing like the personal experience of a family run Villa. Got to meet a few of the Fiorentino’s and basically felt I was visiting family. Rosanna in reception is a sweet and amazing as it gets. Now for the views OMG!! Room was perfect for our Anniversary stay. Definitely plan on coming back!!
