滞在中にスマホを部屋に忘れて外出してしまい暗証番号がわからず、部屋に入れずカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、とてもスムーズで素早い対応をしていただき、オーナー様に連絡が取れてすぐに入室出来ました。また、オーナー様からもご心配いただき電話をくださりとても嬉しかったです。また利用させていただきます。

ビジネス出張で滞在しました。観光には行ってませんが、交通の便も良く、ビジネスホテルと比べて広々としているので、リラックスして過ごすことができました。包丁や、まな板や食器や鍋やフライパンがキッチンに備えてありますので料理や自炊もできます。近くにファミリーマート、スーパー、ラーメン屋、郵便局などがあり、手ぶらで行っても必要な物を近くで購入できます。洗濯機が部屋にありますが物干し竿がありませんので、物干ロープを持参してください。目覚まし時計、ハンガー、靴ベラなどがありませんので必要な方は持参してください。外食を楽しみたい方は近くに飲食店がたくさんありますがコロナ対策で午後8時以降は閉店になりますのでご注意ください

まぁまぁ満足できました。大人数だったのでホテルでは難しいかったので非常に楽しめました。すすきの近くは大人の街なので子供連れの場合は少し注意が必要だと感じました。

台所用品の中で洗剤が入って無かった事と、電気湯沸器が有れば便利だと感じました。

すすきのから至近で利便性もよい民泊施設です。
民泊というものに泊まったことがないので、スタンダードが分からない人間の口コミとしてご覧下さい。
建物自体は築30-40年ほどのマンションという感じです。
キッチンと風呂はやや古い印象で、とくに風呂はカビやホコリが放置されていたり、あまり清潔とはいえませんでした。
ベッドルームは広く清潔で、リビングは2名宿泊でしたがかなり余裕をもって寛げました。
キッチンの備え付け家電や食器類も不足なく揃えられていて、大変便利でした。
