This was my first vacation to Tokyo. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel itself was just what I was looking for.

We loved our stay in the Ginza APA. Although the area is slightly quieter, we found it was perfect after a long day out in Tokyo. The hotel is within short walking distance of many metro stops making it super convenient. And it’s very near lots of shops and good restaurants. The staff were also really helpful when asked for food recommendations. The one thing to note is that the rooms are rather small, but this is to be expected from the budget and room description.

I had an initial concern with my room which was remedied immediately. Everything was very smooth afterwards and staff were very responsive.

Although the room is small, but it 's clean and comfortable. Very convenient because it is located near many stations and many mini markets. Will stay here again if go to Tokyo.

Comfortable, friendly, good, but unfortunately, whatever is wrong, the room is very dusty, For those who are sensitive to dust can ask to be cleaned thoroughly, because I only to sleep and shower, not full in the room, so I'm not too bothered Oh yeah the room isn't soundproof, don't scream

Very good and quiet place, price reasonable than staying in Shinjuku, here is where you can stay if you hold JR pass to go anywhere.

Great hotel for the value. The nearest station is one station away from the Tokyo Station. The room is pretty good, one that is expected of a business hotel. Check in was without hassle, though finding the hotel was a little tricky as there are a couple of APA hotels in the area. Finally a note, as some tripadvisor reviews has pointed out. The pillows are a bit low, and I personally find that the bed was not hard enough for my back. However, other than that the facilities are superb.

Very satisfied, clean room, clean bathroom. Facilities in the room are complete, although the size of the washroom is not a problem, because everything is well ordered. Tasty and varied breakfast. Anyway, satisfied.

the rooms are small but nyamab to stay. quite far from the station about 800 meters. there is lawson across the street. there is a laundry machine, ice machine. and vod.
