The room was small to what I am used to but very cozy. It was my nephew and I staying for a week and the place was big enough for the both of us. I definitely would recommend this APA location.

The location is excellent if you like peace and quiet but is well connected enough that you can go anywhere in 25-30mins. The staff were courteous.

Another great APA hotel. Perfect for us since we only had a luggage each otherwise the room would have been too small. If you don’t mind a small room then this hotel is perfect for short stays. 15 minutes walk to Tokyo station or 2 minutes walk to Kayabacho station. Only complaint was the difficulty in trying to locate this hotel initially because there’s also another APA hotel nearby!

Staying here was a mistake marred by rude staff knocking on my door like a madman for what reason, i have no idea. I was sleeping and thought there was some emergency only to be asked a rude question by a supposed staff member “do you have any problem”
What kind of hotel staff knocks loudly on doors and asks a direct question like that without an apology? Very rude Indian guy who should be reprimanded and retrained in customer service.
I will surely inform all my associates to avoid this hotel like the plague when visiting Tokyo.
The open air hallway makes for an unrestful sleep, and the doors do not close softly.

Loved our stay here. Very impressed how well-thought out everything is to make our stay the most convenient with the amenities and how furniture is situated in the room.
As with most rooms in Japan, it is tiny. But everything is placed in a way that makes sense and is most efficient. Additionally, cleanliness is top-notch.
The staff here are so hospitable & helpful. This is our first stop in Japan, and we may have been spoiled by how seamlessly everything worked & how clean everything is here.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days (as part of our 3 week trip to Japan). Check-in was fast and easy. The associates at the front desk were friendly and polite. We do not speak Japanese, but this was not an issue. The hotel was very nice and our room came with all of the amenities we needed (mini fridge, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, q-tips, razors, etc.). There is also a shared microwave and washer/dryer that is available for all guests. The Hotel is within walking distance to Tokyo Station, convenience stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. The included breakfast was offered at a nearby Denny's and was worth the additional cost. The room was very clean and comfortable, but for a couple with 2 carry on bags, it was quite small/tight. Would recommend the smaller rooms for single travelers.
