酒店位置非常好，大廳及房間都可以看到大橋景色非常優美，房間有點舊但很乾淨，酒店提供一泊兩食早晚都是日式料理，除此之外並沒有其他選擇，酒店周邊晚上都沒有餐廳。酒店職員不太懂英語，前台職員表情也不太寬容。

外観をみて うーんと思いましたが館内に入るとそんなことはなく 部屋食も大変美味しくてハズレなしでした。中でも鯛のアラ煮は絶品です 仲居さんがおすすめしてくださった日本酒も大変飲みやすく美味しかったです。朝食もかなりボリュームがありお昼ご飯がいらないくらいでした。接客される方々も気持ちの良い対応で大変満足感を味あわせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。、

送迎バスのサービスが便利でした。夕食は食べ切れないほどです。朝食は昔風のおかずが多くて食べづらかったです。2泊目の渦潮会席美味しかったです。景色は素晴らしく、居ながらにして渦潮の移り変わりが見られるのは老親を連れて来た身として有難かったです。大塚国際美術館に近く、便利でした。

適度な距離感です。快適に過ごせました。
渦の駅や展望台は歩ける範囲でした。
徳島空港を利用しましたが、
アクセスが悪いです。
空港からのバスに乗って到着した駅からの迎えや、
大塚国際美術館への送迎は、
前日までに予約をしなければならず、
時間が決まっていないので予約ができず、
全て自力移動が大変でした。

朝ご飯はおかずの品数も豊富で美味しかった。
大浴場の給湯、ぬるくて寒かった。
部屋の冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて…。
洗面所兼お風呂の換気扇が壊れかけのような
音がして、電気をつけれなかった。

The hotel is in a very good location if you want to explore the surronding Naruto Park area. They also have a public bath with a spectacular view of the Naruto Bridge, best seen in the morning/daytime

I did not know must have meal reservation with accomodation. There are no place to have dinner with in walking distance. I have to take a taxi to about 15miles a way. My room was 8'x17' just like strage room, bath rooms is very samll.
Hotel.com shuld not have take a reservation room like this.
Expensive room with meal reservation are may be fine.

宿の雰囲気良い。なんと言っても！！絶景！！最高！！とても良かった。
食事も大満足！！美味しいし、お腹いっぱいになりました。
夏祭りイベントをしたり藍染体験できたりと楽しかったです。部屋食だったんですが！スタッフさんがとても丁寧、男性スタッフも清潔でハキハキとしていて、とても気持ちいい接客、女性スタッフさんも一つ一つ丁寧に素晴らしい接客でした。
しかし…プールの着替えるロッカールームが臭すぎました。娘が嘔吐しかけました。あれは、どうにかして欲しい。
