Great hotel option for trip to Wakayama. Very stylish hotel with great breakfast in a nice area.

Was satisfactory for the short-term stay. However, I chose to stay here due to their outdoor skyspa with a fantastic view that they have plastered all over their booking sites, but visitors beware that the spa at the corner of the building with the view is available only for their male guests. I was surprised to see that the skyspa available for the female guests were walled up on both sides with limited views. There is absolutely no notice anywhere on the sites that this was available to male guests only, and when I spoke to the employee at the front desk, they said they are well aware of this confusion. So why haven't they done anything about it yet? My visit was back in May, and I wasn't going to share this review if they have added a notice, so here it is. Stop sharing false marketing on your sites when it is not fully inclusive for all of your guests.

Has nice onsen but if you have tattoos they only allow from midnight to 4am to use it. Very discriminating against people with tattoos even if you are a foreigner.

Hôtel staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was very good too ! I definitely recommend it.

Everything is good and may be a small suggestion is to have clearer signages on where to park for those who drive.

Excellent stay.. great helpful staff and convenient location. Super comfy rooms, nice amount of space window seating and great showers. I loved the option for the onsen and it was super hot and relaxing. People with tattoos can also use the facilities from 12 MA-4AM.. Super safe for solo travelers- the room key will only let you go on your floor and the onsen floor. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like it had nice options. They will also store your bag for the day while you explore around. The room was so nice, I ended up booking another night stay. Bonus: I love this station that it connects too, places to eat, a fabulous library with starbucks, pharmacy and groceries a few steps away.

Great location, just a few steps after getting off the train. Modern clean and friendly staff, enjoyed so much at Sky spa. Spacious room, very comfortable. Bus stop nearby, food court just next attached with the hotel at 2 level, good food, very convenient. Highly recommended

Amazing location as it’s just on top of the main train stations towards Osaka directly. Very clean hotel room, everything is shinny. Superb view. Front desk staff is nice. Check in and check out very easy. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Nice property right next to the train station. The hotel shared space with a large market and restaurants which made things very convenient. The rooms were clean, but very small for two people. Nice view of the Wakayama Castle.

The spa is nice, can see the city view from top level. Convenient store just right across the road, restaurant, medicine store, metro station all within the same area. Staff are nice too.

This is a really special hotel. Having a rooftop Onsen outside (and one inside plus a cold bath and a Sauna) is truly memorable. There is a separate one for men and women and one is expected to go naked, as customary in most Onsen. The rooms are all on high floors with great views. Note that one no longer gets a free stay every 10 nights, it's more like 40.

Wonderful place to stay. Great amenities and rooms. Super clean!!
