Awesome place to stay super friendly staff and nice spacious clean rooms plus was close by to pretty much anything I wanted to do

This was a nice hotel. Appeared quite new. Clean, good facilities, vending machine and washing machines etc.
The area is quite different to a lot of Ōsaka and has a lot of anime and manga stores which are fun to look at.
Service was always kind and efficient.
About an 8 min walk from Namba station which was nice. And can walk to Dotonbori but maybe 15 min. This meant we weren't in the thick of it but also that it was quieter at night which we appreciated. And Namba station connected well to lots of spots without having to change trains.
A few good food options nearby too, including the custard fish and a great katsu curry place.

Check in time is 3pm, front desk was very helpful for the check in. Left our luggage because we were early. Rooms were in good condition, quiet at 4th flr near a modest gym. 6th flr is a lounge area where coffee and tea are available. Key cards were wooden. We did not avail of the breakfast and went to a nearby restaurant with delicious Japanese food (Munashi). More dining areas are at the station for more choices. Kansai airport is accessible via Nankai line in less than an hour

For that price in Tokyo, the room is very big. I stayed in a superior double room and it cost me around $115 USD. Got a shuttle bus to Disneyland, around very near a department store with Uniqlo, abc mart etc. Inside, Lawson and Sevel just across the hotel and the most important is the station is only 300-400m and very compact, it's got 4 elevators and you don't need to search for it. Also lots of cheap food around the hotel. Very recommend for families with kids and elderly.

It was very good stay in this hotel. Location is near central market in namba. They provide free refill water and vending machine for each floors. So far good, room also spacious

Super comfy bed and room! It is quite a 10. Mins walk from namba station if you arrive from airpor5 no underpass. From sennichi line it is also around 10 mins straight walk exit from gate 10. But 5 mins to den den town. 5th floor got washing coin operated. Bring own bottle for more refill water. We LOVE it here. Will be back!. 4th floor gym. Biggest room fron all my staying. For family with kids got kids playground. Choose 5th floor staying

Right above Kyoto station. Everywhere close. Under and at the hotel lots of food and near groceries.

Room, hotel, well designed. Service staff speak English and provide good service. Excellent amenities like residents lounge, coin laundry, children 's playroom and vending machines. Only down side was room cleaning being inconsistent. On some days sheets were not changed despite not putting the eco placard on the bed. Some days, towels not changed at all. There was also a day when the floor mat/towel was removed but not replaced. Toilet bowl and bathtub slightly stained. Shower curtain had a smell. Carpet under dining table not vacuumed on most days. Room generally clean. Cleanliness for toilet, borderline acceptable.
