Great location right on top of the shopping area. Close to everything. Clean. Wonderfully friendly staff.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2019 prior to the Covid-19. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient (near Shinsaibashi Station, about 6min walk) and from the station to the hotel, there is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade (yes, if you walk and shop and the same time, it will definitely take you more than 6min to reach the hotel :) ). You can take Exit 4A or Kita Exit 8 (which has escalator/lift), hence it was very helpful for my parents who did not have to climb the stairs to reach street level.
The hotel is highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff and great hospitality. Highly recommended to others to try this hotel. Very convenient location and great restaurant nearby!

Perfect for honeymoon, the amenities so complete, they provided everything including coffee. Because most hotel we stayed in didn't have it. The room also nice and very clean, the location is strategic, and staff also very helpful. Will come back here for sure, thanks:).
