Front desk staff and the manager were very attentive and friendly. If you need to run a few errands after checking out, they have a good system for storing your luggage the day of your departure. This was a convenient service.

The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the noise from the trains. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, and it gets noisy whenever a train passes by.

Wonderful Staff. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Short walk from Sakuragicho Station.
Area is very walkable. Loved our stay and would happily stay again.

We arrived into Haneda at 7am and were able to drop our luggage at the hotel for storage once we arrived. Due to jetlag, lack of sleep and heat we weren't feeling great. The hotel allowed us for a much needed early check in which we were massively grateful.
Upon leaving, the concierge helped us print off train tickets and ordered a taxi. We would love to stay there again if or when we're back in Yokohama..

First time to stay in non-international known brand hotel and am impressed with its eco-friendly and cleaningness. Hotel room is compact but comfortable. Despite its adjacent to heavy traffic railway, it is amazingly quiet.

The hotel is in a really good location - very close to a train station, lots of good restaurants, and all of the major tourist areas. The staff were very hospitable and the room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here when in Yokohama.

This is an excellent hotel. Everything was great.
Checkーout was at 11 and not at 12 as the Expedia website said. Breakfast was not available for purchase because it was sold out\ completely booked in advance.

The hotel was nice except for the noise from the train tracks. The staff was nice and accomodating and they provided free refreshments such as coffee, tea, water and juice. All the toiletries were available in the lobby for you to take back to your room. Good location that was a easy walk to train station, restaurants and malls.
