Absolutely amazing place to stay and the suite was so spacious.
The staff are so accommodating, welcoming and definitely go out of their way to ensure everyone is comfortable.

お世話になりました。
立地、接客、充実している備品、部屋の広さとても素敵でした！ホテルでまったりを目的としていたのでとても満足です。
音に敏感なほうなので、道路に面しているキッチン川から夜間交通の音（雨が降っていたので水しぶき？の音）や徒歩の人の声がダイレクトに聞こえてくるのは完全なプライベート空間ではないなと思いました。
12月なので天気は運と思っていましたが丸一日いる日がほぼ雨で温水プールにも入らずテラスでまったり出来なかった事が残念でした。ここの施設を最大限楽しめるの夏にまた来ます。
あと別の宮古島ヴィラでは浴室にも暖房があったのであれは助かりました。
フェリスさんにもあると完璧になります！

スーパーが少し遠いため、何か買って行かれる場合は、チェックインの前に買ってから行かれることをオススメします。

最高のお宿でした。
温水プールは有り、眺めの良いお風呂は有り、家電も全ての物が揃っていたと思います。
冷蔵庫の飲み物も飲み放題だし、シュノーケル他遊ぶものも無料で貸出ししていただけます。
独立性があり、お部屋も広々していて、とても心地良かったです。
スタッフの方々も気さくでとても親切にして頂きました。
海までもすぐだし、近くに食べる所も沢山あり、美味しかったです。
又、来年も是非こちらにお世話になりたいです！
ただ、夏場は、虫が凄いだろうなと思います。

非常に快適な旅でした。
スタッフさんは遠すぎず、近すぎない距離感で接してくれて、リゾート地でありがちな疲れた感が漂う対応は皆無でした。
季節柄蚊が多く、息子はあちこちボコボコになりましたので、虫よけ対策を心がけるとよろしいかと思います。
