The hotel aesthetic is beautiful. The decor is natural and organic materials with a clean minimalist style. I was greeted by kind and professional staff who were very accommodating to any inquiries or concerns I had. I will definitely be referring friends and family to stay with Good Nature in the future and can’t wait to be back!

The hotel was in the perfect location to reach all parts of the city and plenty of restaurants near by. The rooms are very clean and staff was very helpful. We had the breakfast and it was a wonderful buffet layout. There is a market on the first floor with a variety of local products. The desserts in the second floor cafe is a must try. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great buffet breakfast, not huge but quality is high. Great location, close to shopping and Nishiki Market and a short walk to Gion. Close to train station so good links to other parts of Kyoto and surrounds. Would highly recommend and would definitely return

This was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Japan! It was just so relaxing and peaceful. The hotel was very clean, the room was a great size, and the staff were friendly. I also visited the spa while staying here and the massage was great. Frankie with the spa staff was very helpful and even provided us with food recommendations around the area. Don't hesitate to book this hotel!

Nice property, decent sized rooms. However, the property is one of those that nickels and dimes on everything: earlier check in, later checkout, toothbrush, toothpaste, lost key cards etc. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Room cleaning/house keeping services were subpar. The staff wasn’t as willing and friendly to help us as our 5 hotel experiences in Japan.
Don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect! Close to everything. Lee at the front desk was an incredible help. I forgot something very valuable in the previous hotel in Takayama, he called and retrieved the package. He assured me that it would arrive the next day. And it did.

I booked this less than 48 hrs before based on reviews. The service and attention to detail was spectacular!! The hotel offered some of the best hospitality I have encountered in all my travels. We lived our room so much we extended for a 4th night. Highly recommend!!
