部屋にバスタオルが無いので朝に部屋でシャワー浴びる時に困りました。
他のサービスは2年連続行ってますが言う事なし星5つレベルです。
また来年も利用させて頂きます。

もう何度もリピートしている宿です。
宿泊の楽しみは温泉と食事。
どちらも100点満点です。
60年という古い宿ですが、部屋もリフォームされていて古さを感じません。
お風呂も清潔でお湯も綺麗です。
何もかも揃っているので手ぶらで行けますよ。
一番すごいのは食事。
ビュッフェは全部食べたいのに食べきれないほどの豪華さです。
しかも、
行くたびに進化していて凄いなぁと感心させられます。
ビュッフェがお酒まで飲み放題になっていたり、
年配の方のためのカートも使えるようになっていました。
日々、進化しようという姿勢が見えて素晴らしい。
そして最後にこのホテルで嫌な気持ちになってことが一度もありません。
職員の方皆さんがとても良い方です。
観光はあまりありませんが、私はいつも毛谷黒龍さんにお邪魔するのを楽しみにしています。
紫陽花の季節には、足羽神社にも。
みなさんにぜひ一度は行って欲しい宿です。

従業員の皆さんの(おもてなし)対応が良く、部屋、食事(バイキング)とも満足しました。
部屋はここみち亭でしたが、二人で泊まるには十分で、バイキングは若狭牛のステーキ、肉寿司他、食べた物全て美味しかったです。
一つ気になったのは、ここみち亭との通路に気づかない段差があり、躓きそうになったので、早急に対応された方が良いかとおもいました。
朝の見送りもしていただいて、又泊まりに来ようかなと思いました。

イチオシの料理については、特にディナービュッフェは出来立てのメニューが提供されており、美味しく、非常に満足。また、飲み物も美味しかった印象。
また、従業員の方はみな個性がありつつ、親切で温かみがありました。
改善点を強いて上げるなら、部屋の臭い。グレードの低い部屋なので、仕方ないのかもしれませんが、少し残念。また、wifiの速度が遅すぎて使い物にならなかった。
あと、浴衣が部屋のグレードによって、分けてあるようで、妻は残念がっていました。
