Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!

Near the hotel has park this park has cute monkeys we had great time and walk near ocean and Ramen shop near hotel!!this ramen shop is really recommend all ramen really yummy (walk about 3min)you should try and The HOTEL IS Great dinner and breakfast buffet clean loom and great view also beautiful view from ONSEN and clean we had great time this hotel definitely love to come back again !!!

The view from the room and the bath on the 12th floor was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of Japanese and western choices.

The facilities are well maintained. The onsen on the rooftop offers a great view into the ocean. The buffet breakfast offers great sashimi. There is a Japanese restaurant but it needs reservation which no one told us. We were very disappointed when we wanted to have dinner there but they wouldn't let us in without reservation.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I love it. The food was good too. Unfortunately this time round, an experience made me think twice about the service of this hotel.
I requested for check out at 1pm and was informed by the front desk that there is no issue. I asked if there was any additional charge and was told that there is no extra charge. However, on the day of check out, I was told that I need to pay some extra charges. If I was informed of the extra charge, I will not need the late check out.

夕食も朝食も種類豊富で満足しました。
バイキングですが、混んでいてもスタッフさんが空いた食器やトレーをよいタイミングで下げてくれるので、テーブルに空食器が溜まらず料理を取りに行きやすく嬉しい配慮だと思いました。
温泉もシンプルな作りですが清潔で展望良く高評価です。
客室もゆったりとした作りで機能も設備も過不足なく居心地良かったです。
また泊まりたい宿ですね。
次は連泊したいです。
スタッフさんの接客もとても気持ち良かったです。

New-ish, clean onsen hotel. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options and seafood. Right across the street from the Hakodate tropical botanical garden (1-2 min walk). 12 min taxi (2000 yen) ride from Hakodate JR station, but 5 min, 1000 yen taxi ride from Hakodate airport. I’d recommend staying there if you’re flying out the next day or if you don’t mind taking a cab or bus/tram to downtown. The hotel has shuttles that operate at a very limited schedule and need to be reserved the day before so check their website to see if the times work out for you. When I stayed there, there were only two shuttle times from the station and back.

Love this hotel. It’s right by the sea. Hotel is modern and the onsen is on the roof top which has an exquisite view. Not too far from the airport and bus stops. Buffet style breakfast and dinner with variety of seafood. Will visit again in the near future.
