We enjoyed the quiet, private room. Meals were mostly Japanese style with some western food also. We had fun going to the beach and collecting seashells!

Excellent hotel and location. If you wanna real relax, this place is the paradise

Amazing hotel, very easy to get to, beautiful rooms, great catering and the staff would do anything to help or improve our stay. We also took three activity trips with the hotel staff (snorkelling, jungle trekking and mangrove kayaking) all were amazing experiences.

Niraikani had great service and facilities. They had a number of complementary activities, which were nice additions to the stay. A few of the staff members spoke perfect English, which was extremely helpful. The entire stay went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - making dinner reservations, ensuring we returned to the main island on time and booking of activities.

The hotel is located in an isolated area with limited restaurants available in walking distance but the service provided by the hotel was excellent. But I would suggest people to dine out rather than trying the hotel restaurants which I think was over priced for the quality.

The hotel tours are always full. You will need to prepare some other tour agency to call otherwise you will have nothing to do at the hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel in Iriomote! Can't recommend it and the island enough! From the pristine and almost untouched beach right next to the hotel, to the events, helpful staff and nice facilities makes this a wonderful stay. You don't really need to think about anything here, it all just works. There is a bus shuttle from the boat when you check in, you don't need to reserve anything, it just works. We don't speak almost any japanese so we were a bit worried about having a hard time on Iriomote. But that couldn't have been further from truth. There might not have been that many staff that spoke english, but the ones that did were always on hand and could help us whenever we needed anything. They helped us book restaurants and acitivies as well as gave us helpful advice for getting around the island. As a summary, wonderful. Can't recommend it enough, from the complementary sparkling wine sessions in the sunset to the snorkeling activities that are available to book. If you are thinking about Iriomote and Hoshino, just book it! It is going to be lovely!

2階の部屋から眺め無し、17pmまでにチェックインしないとビールサービス終了、食事は地元少なめだが美味しい、泡盛豊富もワイン無し。アクティビティは送迎合わず。スタッフの笑顔教育は良好。

プールサイドでのパイナップルジュース飲み放題、1000円のレンタルカップで、滞在中の生ビール飲み放題など、すてきなサービスが、たくさんありました。 夕飯のビュッフェのクオリティは素晴らしかった❗️

とてもゆっくりできるホテルでした。 口コミでは食事はあまり美味しくないとのことでしたが、素材の味を大切にした品が多く、もずくやチャンプルー、黒糖フレンチトースト、黒米粥、、マグロ刺身、など数々楽しませて頂けました。ビーフステーキはソースが甘かったので塩とシークワークとかが選べるとよいと思いました。 アイスクリームやシャーベットは本当に絶品メロン、パイナップルが気に入り何回も食べてしまいました。 ロビー階のドリンクバーもとても充実していて飽きません。 ホテル自体は新しくありませんが、お掃除はきちんとされていました。 夕方のスパークリングと夕陽は素晴らしいかったです。 そしてホテル主催のイダの浜は本当に素晴らしく、トイレや軽く休憩できる、テーブルとイスも用意されていてよかったです。もちろん日陰になっています。 海亀と一緒に泳げ、人生の良い思い出になりました。 スタッフのホスピタリティも最高です。よく教育されています。若いのに素晴らしいです。 一つ思ったのは、アクテビティの受付スタッフが少なく、なかなか対応して頂けなかったことです。繁忙期は受付は人数を多くお願いしたいです。 それ以外は素敵なホテルだと思います。またとまりたいです。 こちらのサイトはとてもリーズナブルに泊まれラッキーでした。

スタッフの皆様も笑顔で接して下さりリフレッシュ出来ました。ビーチでの夕日を眺めながらの無料シャンパン提供、食事中のアルコール(ビール、焼酎)、ラウンジのセルフサービスのでコーヒーも無料。しいていえば部屋のお風呂は小浜島の星野に軍配笑笑 また行きたいです。

食事も美味しく、スタッフの対応も丁寧でとてもいい旅になりました。 ただ、雨で翌日のホテルのアクティビティが夕方中止の連絡があり、代替案もなく、自分達で慌てて探して大変でした。結果的にとてもいいところが見つかったのですが。何を聞いても、決まった応答で、もう少し、臨機応変な対応があればいいのにと感じました。 旅全体としては、とても素晴らしい旅になりました。

浴室の換気扇はオフにできないようで、湯船に浸かっているときはうるさく感じる。

ベッドが、広々として良かったです。かたさも心地よかったです。

スタッフの対応がよかった。レストランの種類を複数にしてほしい。滞在期間が短く余り沢山感想がない。また、ゆっくり行きたいと思います。お世話になりました。

構いませんが、ソフトバンク利用者でホテルのWiFiが壊れると外界と連絡はとれなくなりますね。

おもてなしの心遣いが随所から伝わってきて、とてもよかったです。また行きたいなと思いました。

Personnel très serviable (accueil et excursions). Facilités pour la location du matériel de snorkling, vélos et voiture à un prix plus que correct. Accés direct à une plage magnifique (coucher du soleil extraordinaire). Livres disponibles en plusieurs endroits y compris dans le jardin avec coin café et thé (free) absolument charmant et calme au milieu de l'exubérance tropicale. Machines à laver et séchoir disponibles. Wifi seulement dispo dans le lobby. La meilleure solution est de louer un pocket wifi à l'aéroport et avoir toujours le wifi dans sa poche. (100 euros environ pour un mois).
