Great hotel with onsen to relax. The hotel is quite a distance from train station. Thankfully shuttle bus service provided by hotel.

Amazing stay and dinner!

The hot spring is excellent , the room is amazing too

Room was spacious and beautifully facing a river. Free shuttle to and from Shinkansen station, and to the trekking routes are great. No cosmetic remover at the public hot spring, amenities falling short from Dormy Inn which charged a quarter of its price. Apple was the best food served at buffet dinner.

Everything is excellent!

The free shuttle to the hotel made it easy. Check in was organized and comfortable as they didn’t make you wait in line with a bus load of people coming in at the same time. Instead they requested everyone set down and the staff systematically attended to everyone. We were given a thorough explanation of the resort and showed to our room. Property surroundings simply lovely, room is clean, and staff are polite. Didn’t try the dinner buffet so don’t know about the quality and variety of the food.

The hot springs are amazing, though the dinner and breakfast buffet was quite pricy. The service is absolutely amazing. One thing to note that on this region, if you are using foreign currency make sure to exchange your currency before traveling here.

It is a very nice hotel, the food is excellent and the room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly, however, the check in has a little disappointing as the staff use to serve us went to serve another guests without any explanation. We’ve been left behind. The activities are great, if u want to join these activities, u need to stay for at least 2 nights, especially in winter time. There r no transportation at all. Shuttle bus from station is 1430, arrival time is 1630. After check in, it’s already 1715. Bus leave the hotel at 11:00 which make no chance for u to join the activities unless u skip the dinner or the breakfast. If u want to take a taxi to the station or the airport, it cost around ¥20,000. Overall, it is enjoyable.

Stay was great. The only problem we had was at dinner where the server cleared our table without us indicating that we were done with eating. We came back to a cleared table, with none of our chopsticks or forks present. You are supposed to turn the sign over when done and we did not do that. I don't know what urged the server to just clear our table. Very irritating.

Brilliant for people wanting to be surrounded by nature. The onsens and shuttle buses make the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Spacious room with wall to wall window with fresh young foliage, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast, free shuttle bus to shinkansen stations, to hiking trail. I felt so relax and extremely enjoy every moment. I wish i had booked 2 nights.

This hotel has everything you need whether you are travelling alone or with your loved ones. The serevive, the dining, the deco, the ambience, the onsen, the activities, the massage chair in the room, etc. A perfect experience amidst my various types of journeys in Japan and overseas!
