It's right next to the Toyohashi station - in a sense, the entrance is inside the station property, as the hotel is managed by JR.
Very high level of service, clean room and professional staff. I keep coming back to this hotel.

The most convenient thing for us was we didn’t have to carry our luggages long way after getting off the train. The hotel is right in the station. The room was nice and clean and the stuff were polite and kind. The breakfast was fabulous. We are quite happy staying here.

何度か利用させて頂いてます。 今回は初めてツインに泊まりました。 思った以上に お部屋が広く お掃除も行き届いて とても快適でしたが 就寝中 夜中に帰って来た 隣の部屋の方の大きな笑い声や話し声で目が覚めてしまい 煩くて中々寝れなかったのが 残念でした。

We had a very good stay. Just a 3-5 min walk after you get off the Shinkansen station at Toyohashi. Hotel have a special entrance inside the central station. Reception is good and friendly. Buffet breakfast is v good ! Conveniently located to all nearby malls, stores and restaurants...

The room was large, clean and lovely. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was the hotel only had heat on and it was very very warm. There was no fan or window that opened so it was extremely still and stuffy. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Absolutely horrible stay roughly 2 years ago. In actuality, didn't even stay because the reception was so bad. We ended up walking across the street and staring at a different hotel. Still... you can't beat the location so we figured we would try and give then another shot and we're shockingly surprised.
This time we received 5* luxury service as their daily MO. I wanted to leave this review in hopes of reaching any guests that had a similar experience around 2 years ago and let them know that according to the current manager the hotel is under new management and a majority of the former staff was replaced. And I can personally vouch for the fact that it was a 180°change in service and attitude.
This is by far the best hotel to stay at when visiting Toyohashi. Location, cleanliness, service are all unbeatable while at the same time for a reasonable price.
