Great place to stay. They had breakfast and the staff helps a lot we can arrive early and leave the luggage there before check in. They are very friendly.

Great hotel for the price, and free breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Free drinks (non alcohol) available every day till 9:00pm. Close to Namba station, and great food and shopping options nearby the hotel, and there open late. Vending machine in lobby. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel, that was a challenge trying to catch it not being used! Room are on the smaller side but as expected for Japan. But the AC in the rooms were exceptional!!!! Especially when you get back to your room after dealing with the heat and humidity outside. If was so nice to come back to your room at the end of the day to a nice chilly room, awesome sleeping environment. Will definitely stay here again on my future Japan trips!

The room was clean but smelly and musty. Staff very helpful and try to understand your needs. Breakfast was ok, same foods everyday if you stay more than 2 days you will get tired of it. It’s good location.

Overall I’d say I was quite satisfied with our stay here. What I will say is that the rooms are very small. This was the smallest we had during our 15 days in Japan. You have to put your luggage on the bed to open them. We only had carry-on size luggage. Aside from this, the rooms were clean and we managed. The free breakfast had many choices and would highly recommend. The front desk staff was helpful despite not being very fluent in English. The location is solid being 7-9 minutes from Nippombashi and Namba station on a quieter street. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are both still within walking distance. I would recommend staying here for anyone who would be okay with the room layout. That would be the one reason we would not return but I can’t fault them for anything else.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Stayed full throughout the day. 10 minute walk from Namba station along busy popular main streets. Front Desk staff very helpful and spoke English well. Dining room staff kept hot and cold breakfast items well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for what was mean t to be 3 but ended up being 4 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great a little on the small side but more than big enough and the beds were very comfy!
I really a great experience especially for the price I don't think it can be beaten
