The employees are very courteous, bathroom was amazingly small & efficiently taking care of. Convenient to JR railway, it's noisy in the morning so didn't need the wake up call, although I set it anyway. The area was very safe. Covid precaution was well taken.

Staff are friendly, room is clean. But a bit overused of toiletries like toothbrush and shavers - I stayed for 3 nights and got them replaced every night without asking. Think they can be reused every night, just replace them upon request.

It is very old and not enough elevator for that many rooms. You should expect long waiting time for the elevator to come. Inside the room is renovated and close to public transportation. A good place to 'just sleep".

The room was unlike the photo published. The room had a strong cigarette odor with musky smell out of carpet. The carpet and room were dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet in the room had a sewer smell. As it was unbearable to stay, we checked out after available room was found at another hotel which had cost us 2x of the price of it. This is the worst room I had experienced travelling in Japan for years. The only good experience was the staff were very helpful and understanding.

家族２泊で泊まりました。部屋は和室で中は綺麗とは言いがたい昔の旅館的な感じかな。ユニットバスで団体風呂がないため少し不便です。しかし、ホテルの従業員.受付のかた.駐車場の管理者などは笑顔で対応はすごくよかったです。値段の割には良い方だと思いますよ。

My family of 6 was there in mid-Dec 2018. The hotel is probably a incomplete conversion from an apartment. No wardrobe only clothes rack, was provided. A blown light tube took 3 trips to replace. One gets the feeling of staying in a council flat. For the price, its not value for money. The only plus is it's near the station. We have ruled this place out for our next visit to Wakayama.

The hotel is near the JR station. Not the grand type, but comfortable and pleasant. Personally, I would wash clothes during travel. The balcony is an ideal place for me to dry the clothes. I like it.

First time I visited Wakayama, I arrived at night 11 so the nearest hotel with the JR station and reasonable price is reserved. Nice location. Excellent reception with nice and kine staff. Weak Wifi. Strongly suggest in improvement of whole wifi system within the hotel.
