まず良かった点。
部屋の鍵はカードキーだったが、よくある部屋内でカードキーを差し込まなければ電気がこないというタイプでは無く、純粋に鍵を開けるだけのものだったので、要冷蔵のお土産など安心して冷蔵庫をフル活用できた。
朝食は品数そこそこだったが、味噌汁とご飯が旨かった。これだけでも満足なレベル。
僅か600円なのでお勧め。
悪い点は、少し分かりにくい立地だという事。
似たような細い路地が複雑に入り組んでる中にあり、少し迷った。
周辺を地図で見て頭に入れておいた方がいいと思う。
あと、鳩が多い。
朝チェックアウトして駐車場へ向かうと愛車が鳩の糞まみれになってた(笑)
バイクを停める場所に木があり、その木から沢山の鳩の鳴き声がしてたのでバイクの方は要注意！

複数部屋利用。内、一部屋が加齢臭の様な臭いが満ちていてとても臭かった。室内着やリネン類もきれいに洗濯されてはいるものの同じ臭いがして難儀した。またその部屋のドライヤーの柄が壊れており、湯沸かしポットは酷い汚れで使えなかった。他の部屋は快適だったようだ。スタッフの方の感じが良いだけに残念だった。

岡谷駅から行くのには、少し道が入り組んでいる。商店街の近くだが、ショッピングセンターも含めて午後七時にはほぼ閉まるので、夜の買い物はコンビニだけになる。

松本の親戚訪問が目的だが、連休中で松本、塩尻のホテルが取れず、ここに宿泊。岡谷インターが近く、松本まで高速ならすぐ。建物は古いが、客室はリフォームされ快適だが、ロビーが少し臭う。ロビーに漫画の本が置いてあり、時間つぶしができる。周辺においしい飲食店が多かったのは予想外。連休中だが、リーズナブルな価格。朝食は和食中心のビュッフェで、この価格なら満足。

従業員の方の対応はとても気持ちよかったです。連泊の方はシーツの交換、浴室の清掃がない場合はミネラルウォーターを1ついただけるということでした。蛇口に泡が付いてしまったので、流すとびっくりするぐらいの垢？汚れの塊が溢れてきて流石に気持ち悪かったです。自分たちでそこまで汚すこともなかったので、清掃不要にしましたが、客が変わる際の清掃はしっかりとした方がいいと感じました。

駅から徒歩圏内であり便利なので、これまで複数回利用させて頂いています。部屋も快適で朝食のメニューも豊富です。今回はバスルームにゴミが落ちていた事が唯一残念な点ですが、総じてコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルです。
