Simple small rooms. It didn't bother me, but you will be able to hear the trains until they shut down. I slept thru it but light sleepers may not like it so much.

Overall, an excellent choice of hotel. Very convenient to the train station, eating, convenient stores, and etc. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was super comfortable. It was everything we wanted and needed our hotel away from home!

We liked the location near JR statio . But it's
a long ride from Center city Tokyo. English was good. Breakfast was average to disappointing. Good bed. Quiet nonsmoking floor.

Small-ish but clean double room, basic amenities like yukata, toothbrushes etc. To pick up at reception, soaps already in room. Fine for a short stay/stopover. The only alarming issue is that the room window opens so wide that one can fall out very easily - we were on the 7th floor! The safety catch design was woefully inadequate.

フロントの方の対応も凄く丁寧で、ホテル外の質問も調べた上で答えて頂けるので安心です。微々たる不満でしたが、WiFiが全く繋がらなかったことと、アメニティが早い者勝ち状態で、無くなっていたのが残念でした。それ以外は問題ありませんでしたので、また利用させて頂きます。

チェックインアウト、スムーズでスタッフも感じ良かった。アメニティは自分セレクト。ドライヤーが小さくて残念。狭めの部屋、ユニットバスなのは、駅近でお安く泊まれたので相応。自分たち的には満足できるホテルでした⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

カーナビよりちょっと大きいくらいにしか感じられない（実際はもう少し大きいが）テレビ、クリーニングから帰ってきた際につるされているようなハンガー。
建物の古さは早々解決できるものではないと思うがもう少し対処できるところはあるのでは？
コロナ時の閑散期に対応できたこともあったろうに。

設備の老朽化が目立つ。WIFIは繋がる時もある程度。
2階ロビーにホットコーヒーのポットがあるが、ぬるま湯程度の温度。これならもう少し宿泊費を勉強してくれないと。
