Everything was great, except the communication with the customer. I arrived Tokyo early at 7am. However, during that day there was a power outage and the hotel was locked and completely closed until 11am. I was not able to keep my large luggage and hand-carry by the receptionist since the hotel was closed when I arrived, without any notification through email or phone. I ended up needing to carry around my luggages around the Ginza area while waiting for the hotel to open. There should be better communication with the guest, or at least have the hotel door open, so at least customers that arrive early can keep their luggages with the hotel while waiting for their 3pm checkin time.

Great location, easy access to ginza area, within walking distance to the crowds. Amenities are provided in the lobby. Easy check in and out procedures. Room was a bit small but consider it normal in ginza area. Water and ice cubes machine are provided in the floor.

Room size is small as same as other hotels in Tokyo. Location is good. However facility is quite old. Good service. Compare to the price is value.

Good location. Clean room, not that big size, amenities complete, no provide mineral water in the room but there is dispenser near elevator, not to far from station, there are convenience stores nearby. Breakfast mostly same everyday.

Located in the center of ginza city, walk distance to family mart, lawson, restaurant and many fashion store, made this hotel perfect. The room quite small, but I can manage to arrange my 4 luggage. And apparently in japan, every hotel has their own vending machine for any kind of water. But due to "go green activity" they provide room cleaning every 3 days and only for guest who has minimal 3 consecutive nights. But the hospitality of the staff is great.
