Awesome hotel, very clean, offered so many washing stuff to use in hotel room (face cleaner, face oil etc), will definitely visit again in the future!!

A great location 15min walking distance to Jr Station. Very nice and clean. Plenty of drink bending machine, cup noodles and coin laundry downstairs. We skipped breakfast service and opted for outside instead. Thoroughly recommended.

The check-in was fast and easy. There is specific parking lot allocated for guests during the stay so you park at the same spot until you leave. Near eateries ans convenient stores. The room was big and clean. Good price and hotel for those visiting Nagoya.

We were greeted by very cold front desk with little personality. Did not feel welcomed. Our room and floor freaked with cigarette and they told me that there is no other room. I asked them to comp breakfast but politely told they can’t do that. This evening staff was trying to help but his hands were tied. The management needs to step up at this point. Restaurant staff was very professional and made us feel very welcomed. I spend 30 year as a GM of hospitality business in US and this is not acceptable. Do something to make guest feel welcome is a must! JAL should make a note of this and check out this out dated property.

Such a great stay all around! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with every aspect of the service and experience. JAL did all the little things right. Don't skip out on breakfast - best view you'll ever have for a hotel buffet! Free umbrellas for guest use, lavender bath salts for relaxing, and free beer/juice/tea in addition to bottled water waiting for you chilled in the fridge. What more do you need?!?

Everything was perfect but the shower, that went to the sides when the water has a high pressure. I love the retro details of our room to set the AC and the radio. They also have a huge space for washing machines, drinks machines (including noddles), two microwaves and a small library. It is twelve minutes walking from the station and has a nice straight walk to the Zenkoji Temple.

The restaurant on the 16th floor has an amazing view. The rooms are well appointed, although the aesthetic is out of the early 1990s, I found it to be pleasant and restful. If you book here, make sure to add the breakfast option!!!!
