The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall and a short walk from Toyama station where the trams and trains leave from! There’s lots of food options in the area and generally, most places are walkable or a few tram stops away. The staff were also all very helpful and friendly when assisting us with our questions about sending our luggages to the next location.

Very nice hotel, we had connecting rooms for our family of 4, which was very luxurious and spacious compared to our previous stay on Kyoto.

Jal City easy stroll from trains(local and Shinkansen). Close to MAROOT for shopping and casual dining. 20 minute walk to Toyama Castle/Museum. Staff are friendly, helpful, and extremely professional!

The hotel is centrally located close to the train station, shopping mall and opposite a car rental office. The place is clean, has a modern look and the staff tries their best even though they speak little English. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed by this hotel. Very clean and easily accessible. We had a car and had no trouble with parking on-site. The staff were friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel. It is worth more stars!

The room was generous in size and well planned. The only disappointment was the unavailability of an english speaking tv station we resorted to Youtube. The beds were very comfortable and aircon quiet. Laundry very well set up but needed couns only.
