時期が時期なので料金はちょっと高めでしたが、これといって不満もなかったです。

ホテル自体のサービス等特に問題はなかったのですが、ただ一つ問題だったのが普段ならシングル素泊まりを低価格で提供していただけるのに、6/1当日は市街でLUNA SEAのライヴ、楽天×ヤクルトの交流戦、更にポケモンGOのイベントに集結する方々が一気に集中してしまい、価格が高騰しすぎてシングル素泊まりでさえ¥38,911も取られました。野宿よりかはとは思いましたが価格設定が異常過ぎました。

リーズナブルなので仕方ないと思いますが、ピアスをジャラジャラさせてダルそうに接客する受付を見て企業姿勢を疑いました。
部屋の隅には蜘蛛の巣がありと一泊だけなので、たまたまかもしれませんが、次回はないかと思いました。

The front desk staff at this hotel were awesome! I asked the frost desk to call and reserve a cab for pickup the next morning for our departure back to the states and they obliged…Great customer service!
