Price is right, perfect if you're going to be out sightseeing and don't need anything from your hotel besides a place to sleep. Toilets and bathing areas are shared. There are plenty of toilets, but only a couple of showers and public bath where the usage times are separated by gender, so you'll want to plan ahead.
The neighborhood is not the nicest, some homeless, men drinking from the morning, etc.
About 30 min walk to Tokyo Sky Tree.
Front staff demands to photocopy resident cards of non-Japanese, which is actually illegal, the law only applies to visitors and their passports

This hotel is located in Minamisenju and is a renovated former simple hotel. I've stayed at hotels like this before, so this is my impression of comparing them.
・The room is the same as before
・I don't mind the smallness of the room
・There is a refrigerator with a freezing function
・Water areas are kept well-cleaned
・It is convenient to have a shower room (men and women have separate baths)
・Amenities must be purchased separately (towels, toothbrushes, etc.)
・Elevators may be crowded depending on the time.
I didn't know that the amenities were separate (because I made the reservation through a travel agency), so I was a little hesitant, but it was basically what I expected. Just sleeping is enough.
