Lack of airport pickup shuttles service

It was a good place to stay, modern look and very clean with more than sufficient room amenities. However when I attempted to register online as a member I had problems with password. Staff assisted to register me, however still had problems. Next day system displayed server error. Highly recommended if location is not an issue.

Booked the room with airport view. Very clean hotel. Has a rooftop deck with a 360 view of Tokyo. On a clear day, you can see Mt Fuji. Delicious breakfast buffet has Asian and Western selections. Reasonably priced self-service laundry. Pharmacy, convenience store, and restaurants nearby. Hotel is right next to monorail and Keikyu Lines, one stop away from Haneda Terminal 3. Also has a free shuttle to Haneda Airport.

Very close to the airport. The hotel staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice, modern, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much around at night though. There is a konbini around a 10-15 min walk away though.

Biggest selling point is convenience; just a shuttle ride away from Tokyo Haneda airport. Room was small and sparse but clean with a large tv and great shower. And pajamas!

I was only in Tokyo for 1 full day so I wanted a place close to Haneda & I found the perfect location!! 1st stop on the monorail & I was right there! The room size was fine! Oh the heated toilet seat was 👍, & the separate area for the bathtub & shower was great! Bed was comfortable & the amenities were perfect! The location was good as it was close to the monorail & train station!! For what I was looking for, it filled the bill completely!

Very comfortable and convenient!!!

Our flight was canceled, and we needed to quickly book a room for the night. From the website, this hotel appeared modern, clean, and conveniently located near the airport. It also advertised a shuttle service to the airport, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, what they don’t mention is that the complimentary shuttle only operates in the morning. Since our flight wasn’t until after 1 p.m., we had to pay an additional fee for transportation. Another unexpected issue was with their payment system. While they accept Visa and Mastercard, they do not accept Apple Card (which is a Mastercard). Due to our late arrival at 2 a.m., we requested a late checkout (also at an additional cost). When I went to settle the bill, my Apple Card was declined. This was particularly stressful as we had already exchanged our yen at the airport, leaving credit cards as our only payment option. Thankfully, I had my Chase Visa card, which worked. It’s important to clarify all details about your stay ahead of time, as none of these limitations were mentioned online. Had I known, I would have booked a hotel closer to the airport, even one within walking distance. That being said, the room itself was modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable, they also had lovely amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrushes, tea kettles & PJ’s (a lovely touch) - one of the nicest I’ve stayed in during my whole time here in Tokyo.

It was clean and perfectly equipped hotel, although the room was somewhat small. Breakfast was great and the transportation to/from airport and to/from Tokyo was convenient.

Absolutely blown away with how pleasant of a stay this was! The hotel has fitting and very appealing decor for being next to an airport. The room was spacious and clean, hard to find in Tokyo. The food was excellent, the service was very helpful — all just a short walk from Haneda's airport garden, and international terminal, or the monorail to other terminals. I will be booking again when I return for peace of mind on my flight home.

Loved staying here, great proximity to the airport. Excellent food. Room a bit small for those who have luggage with them. Otherwise nothing negative to say
