Top notch. The view from the room is amazing.

I recently stayed at hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking a Standard Twin Room with a Mountain View specifically to enjoy the majestic sight of Mount Fuji, I was sorely disappointed. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room on a lower floor, where the promised Fuji view was obstructed by surrounding buildings. Perplexed by this discrepancy, I approached the staff to address the issue. To my dismay, I was informed that due to the lateness of my booking, all higher floor rooms with unobstructed views were fully occupied. However, what baffled me even more was the fact that I had made my reservation a month in advance, assuming ample time for the hotel to accommodate my request. Despite this, I was met with indifference from the staff, who merely reiterated the lack of availability on higher floors. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff nonchalantly mentioned that there was indeed a room available on the fifth floor, albeit at an additional cost. It was disheartening to realize that I would have to pay extra to receive the room that I had originally booked and expected to receive upon arrival. Overall, my experience at hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort was marred by a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration. Not only was I denied the promised Fuji view, but I also felt undervalued as a guest, with my concerns dismissed without genuine consideration. In light of these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort to fellow travelers seeking an enjoyable and accommodating stay in the Fuji region. It is my hope that the management takes heed of such feedback and endeavors to improve their customer service and transparency in the future.

We had nice experience for 2 nights at this hotel. Very close to fuji q highland, not so far from kawaguchiko, very nice onsen. The room is comfortable, cozy, and clean.

More than I expected, million dollar fuji yama panoramic view from our room. Worthed to be bac again someday.

The location is very close to Fuji Q Highland, about 7 minutes walk. We choose Mt. Fuji view room which is absolutely great view especially when you wake up in the morning and able to see this beautiful scenery. The room is bigger compare to other hotel that we can put our two big luggages and open them easily. It has Sento (public bath) which also viewing Mt. Fuji, recommend to relax in there. Smoking room is available at the ground floor. Overall we had great experience staying in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here, they provide dyson hair dryer at onsen, so you can shower and get ready after dipping. Problem with this area is, the location needs to walk around 20mins from kawaguchiko station. We travelled via bus from shinjuku station to kawaguchiko, and to my surprise there 's only 1 bus (platform 6) pass by the hotel, missed the bus we had to walk. If you were to stay here, suggest to rent a car, easier to travel around.

The room is spacious, the staff are lovely. and can see Fuji clearly through the wide glass.

View from the room. Wake up and see the beautiful Fuji. Impressive. The room is good. The onsen is good. Overall, everything is OK. The wifi is very strong.

Great hotel to stay when you're in Kawaguchiko. The hotel is very clean, and the Onsen is a new and unique experience for me and my daughter. Hotel Staff are friendly and informative. Overall it's been memorable experience. Will come back again, Insya Allah.

My expectation of staying in the Mystays group was a comfortable and clean place to stay. When we stayed on May 25-27, we found that the bathroom was not clean, there was dirt. The cupboard was dusty, the carpet was not clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. Efficient check in and check out process. Friendly and helpful staff. Hopefully in the future the quality of cleanliness can be improved.

Definitely will comeback, me and mu husband love our stay here. And the hotel staff name Higashitani, oh my God she helped us a lot with our morning route to Chureito Pagoda, and should try the Onsen. With mount fuji view, our room has mountain view and I'm so overwhelmed with my room view

I booked the room with the view of Mt Fuji and it was breath-taking. I just cannot stop looking at Mt Fuji whenever I'm back in the hotel room. I like how the hotel was equipped with a window for fresh air to flow through the room. Onsen was awesome and very clean! I enjoyed my time using the onsens there. Breakfast was marvalous, and sumptuous. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Kawaguchi.

Clean and spacious hotel room. Very comfortable and nice onsen place at Level 7. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome with a mix of great local delicacies and bakeries. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the hotel in English, and the place just feels like home. I missed staying at Hotel Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort. If I were to visit Kawaguchi again, I'll stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable and unforgettable one.

Great hotel, very nice welcome and view.

Hotel is located 1 km from kawaguchiko station so not an easy walking range for traveler with big luggage. However, There're bus and train from kawaguchiko station to fuji q station where is just 2-300 m away from hotel (with an extra cost, the bus is free if purchasing fujikyu sight seeing pass but about 1hr/bus). If hotel provide shuttle bus to station, we would give 10/10. The room is cozy plus the beautiful mt. Fuji view. Onsen in hotel is also big and not too crowd.

Amazing hotel & great location especially if you want to go to fuji Q. The hotel is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is also delicious and there is an onsen inside the hotel.

Good view, 5th floor, view of the park and Fuji very clear. The room is not very small according to Japanese style. Increase the onsen fee for another 150yen. Travel can take the train at Fuji Q station to Kawaguchiko to get a bus.
