Hotel Noum OSAKA

The staff are very kind and the hotel is very well designed and clean. The area is very peaceful and cute, we landed a bit late and went to an Izakaya just up the street and had a wonderful meal there. Definitely recommend getting the hotel breakfast, as it was also delicious. Would love to stay here again!

スタッフが若く笑顔で接してくれた。川沿いの雰囲気もよくて、ゆっくりできた。外人さんのお客様とのコミュニケーション、良いと思った。また、機会あれば訪れたい。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right outside there is a very nice park along the river where there was even a firework show! Around the surrounding blocks there are nice yakiniku restaurants and izakayas.

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの方も親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。食事も美味しくてとても満足です。

極限までいらないものがない、いい意味で今どきなホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんの接客も素敵でした。冷蔵庫がお部屋になく共有なのだけは、小さい物でも備え付けて欲しいと感じました。 あとはおしゃれで綺麗で周辺も気持ちいい場所で気持ちの良い旅でした🌿

センスいいホテルでスタッフさんも親切で温かくとてもリラックスして宿泊できました。 こちらのホテル含めこの町の界隈が大好きになりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

清潔で雰囲気もよく、スタッフも感じよかったです。 またリピートしたいです。 このホテルのコンセプトだと思いますが、部屋に時計が欲しかったです。

スタッフの方の接客がとても良く、朝食もとても美味しくて心地良く過ごせました。部屋にアメニティや冷蔵庫などが設置されていない部分が不便に感じたため、設備の点は-3です。その他は申し分なしの素敵なホテルでした。

お洒落で、清潔感がありとても過ごしやすかった。海外からのお客さんが多いい印象。駅から少し歩くが、大阪メトロ、京阪の2路線が近くにあり便利でした。ベットが硬いのが残念でしたが、滞在中、ホテルを出入りする際に、スタッフの方が「おかえりなさい、いってらっしゃい」と声を掛けてくださって、とても居心地の良い滞在になりました。朝ごはんもオシャレで美味しかったです。

簡素、質素、清潔、清浄。

男１人で天満橋辺りは初めて泊まりましたが、落ち着いて良いところでした。 近くのベーグル屋や隣駅のカレー屋など周りも素敵なお店が多いいです。

The staff was amazing and never stopped smiling. They made the stay great, and the rooms were clean and comfy as well !

Great spot

This was an amazing stay and I wish I could give them more stars! One of the workers, Shin, is a very lovely and kind man. My flight was originally delayed which meant I missed my first night in the hotel, however he assured me I would be able to check in the next day no issue. However the next day I got lost and missed the check in time for the hotel a second time. He still let me check in on the third day without any extra chargers, and in the end offered free breakfast and dinner to make up for the fact I missed the first two nights if my stay even though me missing those nights wasn't his fault. The rooms are clean and have very cute Devore, the breakfast and tea is absolutely amazing as well. They even offer a headspa service which was a lovely surprise that I wasn't originally aware of. Please if you're saying in Osaka, stay here. It's an amazing experience and the workers are lovely.

スタッフの方の応対もとても良く、23時の門限15分前にホテルに戻り、22時30分にラストオーダーが終了しているのを知らずに、ビールを一本だけ注文したところ、嫌な顔一つせずに出して下さった。 20〜30歳台のスタッフのの方々が、とにかく気分の良い応対をして下さって、良い宿に泊まれて良かったと思いました。 ８階から見る眼の前の大川の眺めも良かった。 ５階のコインランドリーと、コーヒー、紅茶のセルフサービスも使いやすくまとまっていた。 部屋は、最低限の調度品がセンスよく置かれていて、快適でした。 トイレ、シャワーが共同でしたが、どちらも清潔で何の問題もなし。 今の大阪、天満橋あたりでシングル8000円台なら文句はありません。
