Hotel Route-Inn Court Minami Alps

It has free wi-fi. Cozy room but the bathroom is a little small.

I used it for motorcycle touring. The front staff guided the bike to a covered space on the entrance side, and I was happy with their small consideration. The price is a little cheaper than the surrounding route inns, but the facilities are quite old. I have used Route Inn several times, but this was the first time that the room key was not a card. The unit bath was quite small and it was so cramped that I had to curl up in the bathtub. Also, the room I was shown to was on the first floor, so when I was about to go to sleep, I could hear the voices of the guests chatting in the reception area, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep, which made me a little nervous. The customer service, cleaning, and breakfast were of stable, route-in quality, so the hotel had a slightly disappointing impression.

Although the building is old, it is kept well-maintained so there are no complaints. Wi-Fi also connected without any complaints compared to other routes. I had the free breakfast at 7 o'clock, but there wasn't much to eat. Unfortunately, the rice was hard and almost dry. I don't mind paying for breakfast, so I would like them to provide something that I can eat to my satisfaction.

I used it while traveling. I managed to get a hotel (smoking room) during the Obon holidays, but since I had a child with me, the hotel contacted me a few days ago and said, ``A non-smoking room is available. Would you like to stay?'' Ta. When I checked in, the male hotel staff wearing glasses was very polite and kind, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The welcome drink coffee machine was also very nice. The one star missing is that the public bath is gender-switching and can only be used during set times. Other than that it was very good!
