1階の朝食会場やプールへ行くのには2階ロビー階でエレベーターの乗り換えが必要で物凄く不便だった！！！直通で行けないならホテル予約の際分かるように書いていて欲しい。初めから分かっていればこのホテルには泊まらなかった。母親の足が悪いため本当に不便で参りました。

The hotel was not busy and noisy and so we slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. However, it is in need of major updating. There is a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there are no dining options in the hotel and the closest swimmable beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk.

部屋はとてもキレイに清掃されていました。私は朝食なしにしましたが、朝食付けても、近隣のホテルまで移動しなければならないので、同じ施設内で食事が出来るといいですね。

チェックインの対応はとてもよく、お土産屋さんも近くて無料シャトルバスでビーチまで行けたりと、とても良かったです！
リゾート内のリフトの無料券をいただけて、楽しめました。
お部屋は普通の広めのビジネスホテルという感じですが、バストイレが別で快適でした！
チェックアウトの日も、宮古島内の違うホテルに宿泊予定だったのですが、車なしでの旅だったので、無料で宮古空港まで送っていただけて大変助かりました。

価格のわりに景色はよかったかな。１５時過ぎに戻った際ルームクリーニングが何度もされてなかった。朝食のビュッフェが２，８００円と高額だった。最短のコンビニが８ｋｍ離れているのも少し不便かな。

室内が大変清潔で WIFI環境も最適です、夕刻のシャトルバスのおかげで 食事も楽しめました。
朝食も 大変美味しく、環境も落ち着けてリラックスできます。
バスを外で待っていたら、中で待ってくださいとお声がけをスタッフがしていました。また、利用したいホテルです。

コロナ禍の為、海側のサンタモニカに変更になりました。夜便で着く為、１泊のみリーズナブルなホテルを探して、こちらを予約。ビジネスホテルに泊まると思って期待していませんでしたが、良い方に裏切られました。
お部屋は最上階の5F。狭いながらも快適。お風呂とトイレが別！でも、ガラスの仕切りなので洗面所からお風呂は丸見えです。洗面所とトイレの仕切りは無しです。カップルや夫婦であれば問題無し。
朝食は種類豊富で味もOk。
宿泊客が少なかったのでゆったりできました。
２名で１万円を切る料金で宿泊できて、とても満足でした。
また、お世話になりたいです。

オミクロン株か、スタッフが少なく、ホテルなのにサービスマンがいない。仕方がないのだろうけど、宿泊料を取るか、閉めるか、どちらかにてもらわなくては、料金を払って、サービスがわるいとは、問題外。
