전반적으로 친절하고 좋았는데 도쿄같은 글로벌 도시가 아니라 그런지 룸서비스나 직원분들의 영어가 좀 아쉬웠습니다

とても良い滞在でした。 部屋の間取り、清潔さ、景色、食事どれをとっても大満足です。 一つだけ気になったこととしては、風呂場が少しワキガ臭のような匂いがしたのが残念でした。

無論位置，設施，服務都是屬於A Class

とっても良かったです！ 景色もいいし 家具や、内装が物凄くオシャレ。 パジャマも上下着やすい素材だし アメニティも充実してて、冷蔵庫の食べ物とアルコール以外は無料というのも嬉しい！ トイレがユニットではなく、部屋と離れた位置に単独であるのがとても良かったです！ 朝食をルーフトップで食べたのですが、サイコーでした！ 絶対にまた宿泊したいです！

The service was great and the people were so nice and friendly. The property looked quite new and was very clean and modern.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay yet again. Staff ‘s hospitality, room layout, quiet ambiance… everything was excellent. If I were to make 2 small comments, 1) it would have been nice to have a hand-rail in the room’s restrooms (even for non-barrier-free rooms) and 2) assign fluent-Japanese speaking staff for in-room dining phone operator - it was a bit difficult to convey detailed requests on food; though the staff was very sincere and helpful. But again, wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next stay.

We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and especially the staff. They met and exceeded our every need. The room was the most technologically advanced we ever stayed in. It was also well furnished and very clean. We would highly recommend the Continental Yokohama Pier 8. As an added bonus our cruise ship docked at the hotel.

Beautiful view of harbor - happened to be there for a fantastic drone and fireworks display. Staff in all areas were so nice

Love Pier 8. Clean hotel ... modern, convenient, and a staff which is outstanding every time. Will stay again when I visit Yokohama for sure.

Comfort and luxury on the iconic Yokohama waterfront. The staff were remarkable, and the accommodations were above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other Intercontinental properties. 11 out of 10!

Love it here. Have stayed many nights and they never skip a beat.

Beautiful views and very nice clean rooms. That staff was very helpful bridging my language gap.
