JR East Hotel Mets Premier Tokyo Bay Shinkiba

Situated outside Shin-Kiba metro station which is an interchange of 3 metro lines. It is outskirts of the busy city area, which is quiet and peaceful. One of the hotels that i felt most worth it. The hotel location is convenient to places like Disney/Odaiba/Toyosu/Lalaport. Hotel service and amenities are great, with a convenient store below. We had a great stay for a family of 5 (3 adults 2 children) with 2 rooms and daily breakfast . Pay per use washing machines are available which is good for us. Recommended. Thumbs up!

Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, amenities were surprisingly nice, bath and shower really exceeded expectations. The hotel was super quiet and really close to the station. The convenience store is just downstairs and they make their own bread in the morning for super nice treats.

The hotel itself was amazing. I stayed here for two nights when I first arrived in Tokyo, and went to Disney Sea. I did end up taking the taxi from the airport which is rather expensive to avoid a long train ride. The location is super convenient once you are there since it is right next to the train station, but there isn't really much in the hotels area, so you have to take the train to get to places you want or restaurants. The rooms were also extremely quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Have to pay extra $1200 yen tax upon check-in due to recent tax law changes. This was not disclosed during booking. Although this isn't a lot of money but it is still surprising that hotel did not simply cover this fee for people who booked before the tax law took affect. I was too tired to argue about this because we were traveling all day already and simply want to rest. They do take Suica/IC card for payment which is good. Hotel location is good since it is just short walk to the Shinkiba train station with many local train lines ending or passing thru. Not too many restaurants or shops in the vicinity but there is a FamilyMart and a Fastfood place that are both open 24 hours which is life-saver because the new year time and every other shop is closed. The downside to this hotel is the laundry room. They only have two combo washing and dryer machines. Two machines for the entire hotel to use is just inadequate, since a complete washing and drying cycle is 200+ minutes! We have to wait like after midnight to even have a chance to use the machines. I mean every other hotels/Inn we went to for our trip have at least 8 machines with separate washing and dryer units. What was the logic behind this on having only 2 Combo machines for a hotel with that many rooms? What's worse is that the dryer function doesn't even work very well and we end up have to air dry our clothes in the room vent.

This was perfect for our family staying two stop away from Disney. Great location, next to the train station, a convenience store downstairs and a few eateries nearby. I would stay again.

Responding and helping in English, very friendly front desk, easy check in and out! Perfect location, metro is downstairs, very quiet and nice neighborhood! Would love to come back! The single room is perfectly sized for a petit girl’s travel :> Please be aware that all the hotels are not super spatial.

Good size room. The quality of their amenities is very good! Enjoyed using Sekkisei brand skin care and face masks. Dining selection around the hotel is limited but find more options at few stations away by train.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when called upon, and were respectful of privacy when they were not. The property was very clean, rooms accommodating and comfortable with AC, smart TV, and full feature Toto bidet. Location was perfect with easy access to the Yurakucho and Keiyou lines, while still being removed enough from high traffic areas to be nice and quiet in the evenings - if you are comfortable with Tokyo metro, this is a very short trip away from Ginza, Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shibuya and other popular areas of the city. Having a Yamazaki on the first floor was convenient for those late nights where you just wanted something small to eat before going to bed, or something quick on the way out, although there is also a Family Mart a short walk away at the station. Room access is key card driven, but if you can set up a JR account, they do offer smart phone key integration (you will still need a key card to "turn on" your room, however). My only, and incredibly minor, "improvement" point for the staff would be keeping a consistent sizing of provided nightwear - on some days, I received items that were too small (possibly an opportunity to ask sizing with reservation or check-in?)....but as noted, this is incredibly minor and did not deter from the stay at all. I look forward to booking a reservation with this location again - この旅行のおもてなし、本当に有難う御座いました！

Vicinity to subway station and to Tokyo Disney Resort is great! Great hotel for Disney.

Used the hotel for visiting Disney Resort. Much more generous with pricing and only 2 stations away. Very close from the train station and few options for dining around the station too.

Cannot fault this Hotel and have stayed3 times so far. 2 minute walk to ShinKiba Station and has a convenience store on one side and restaurant for breakfast on the other. The rooms are larger than the average Japanese Hotel and are clean, comfortable and have lots of little thoughtful extras to make your stay even better. Definitely recommend!

Good size and modern room, next to a train station with several lines. Good for staying to go to theme parks, ginza area or bullet train from Tokyo station. Check in was simple and friendly. The hotel only has two washing machines which is a battle to get, if you can get it. Enough food are available options nearby.

A really fantastic hotel with great location, convenient to both Disney and most portions of Tokyo. My only complaint is the bed. Wow. So hard. Made it difficult to sleep. Loved the selection of bath amenities at the front desk and the conbini downstairs.

I booked the wrong branch of this hotel ( I was supposed to book a more centrally located branch) but I got this instead. It’s out there, but near a subway station and actually turned out to be pretty convenient. If you’re looking for something central to Tokyo this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for something that can be a little further out, yet still convenient- this is your place.

second time stay at this hotel . Staffs hospitality was really good and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable . The best thjng is onsen in your own room baghtub.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Only needed a couple nights to stay as we went to Disney sea. Very easily accessible.
