レトロモダンな雰囲気でとても可愛かったです。設備は古いですが、ビジネスホテルよりも室内が広く、洗面所も広く、エアコンの吹き出し口の場所も良い。朝ご飯もとっても美味しかったです！道路を挟んですぐにセブンイレブンがあり、便利でした。

朝食が美味で沢山食べました。焼き立てのパンも白米も最高。
ローストビーフは評判通り絶品で、心のこもったかわいらしいスイーツも朝から堪能しました。
チェックインの際、時間帯によっては朝食会場が混み合うとの案内だったので、朝一10分前から入口前で待機してみましたが誰も並んでおらずすんなり入れました。
部屋はとても清潔で素晴らしかったです。
ですが話し声は基本筒抜けで、喜んで声が大きくなってしまう子供達の声はエレベーターホールまで聞こえていました。
あとは洗面台の床がきしんでおり、音が気になりました。
ホテルから駅前までのルートには美味しそうな飲食店が沢山並んでおり徒歩での散策は楽しそうでした。
目の前にはコンビニもありとても便利で快適でした。

Séjour très agréable au Tor Road Hotel Sanraku. Personnel très accueillant, aimable et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propres et joliment décorées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et bien garni. Hôtel bien situé dans Kobe. Nous recommandons !

Tiny airless room. The windows in your room won’t open. Staff will make you wait till 15:00 to check in even if rooms are available. At 15:00 there will be a big and unnecessary queue for check in.

It’s an attractive area and hotel with a traditional flavor. Bathroom a bit small and more business hotel grade than one would expect with the price. Surroundings are good with excellent restaurants, but I found it difficult getting into some of these places whether it was because they were booked or too exclusive to let a new customer in.

整體而言不錯，沒有洗衣機、飲水機、製冰機，前面那條路是單行道，離市區、車站走路可到，對面有超商，斜對面有間超市可以補貨，附近停車價格高，要價格合理的走路要5分鐘左右

前日に予約し泊まったものですが、特に朝食がとても素晴らしくイギリス調を意識された朝食バイキングとなっており、とても満足でした。またホテルのスタッフの方々に質問をしたのですが、丁寧に教えて頂きこちらも納得のいく回答が得られ素晴らしいと思いました。

部屋は広くはないですが、清潔感があってよかったと思います。コンセント以外にUSB端子の設置があると良いですね。あとは、鍵を預けるシステムは少し手間がかかります。

交通の便が良く、コンビニも近くにあり、また食事に行くのも全く困りませんでした。
鍵はカード式ではなく、フロントに預けるタイプでしたが、フロントの方々は部屋番号をきちんと覚えてくれていました。
朝食はこだわりを感じ、美味しかったです。
また利用するつもりです。
