KOKO HOTEL Sendai Station South

Cleanliness is disappointing, the floor has a lot of hair, including the toilet. And towels also has hair, that is not clean. I cannot trust the cleanliness of the room.

Extremely good value hotel in Sendai only 10 minutes from the station through Central exit across the walkway and down the lift to street level and round the corner. Used laundry ( detergent supplied), staff good as I had to change my room on arrival as the water in the toilet cistern kept running so I knew I had to change rooms which the man at reception did with no problem. Value wise excellent as fairly modern, clean etc and half the price of similar standard hotels in Japan in my 4 weeks travel. However walls are very thin. First night I could hear conversation next door but finished by 11pm. Second night, the person came to room and turned tv on loudly until 130am. I knocked on the door but person either couldn't hear it or refused to open. Luckily I have noise cancelling headphones as earplugs no good. Also I did pay 1100y for the breakfast buffet once but very poor for western taste except for the croissants. So if noise doesn't bother you or lucky with next door person ,it's great value.

冷蔵庫が電源を入れても冷えなかった。朝のバイキング場所を先に取ってカードをおく方式は良かった。7時からではなくせめて6時半からにして欲しい。

清潔感もありベッドも最高で素晴らしいホテルでした。朝食は値段安いので贅沢はいえませんがコーヒーが酷い！ドトールの缶置いてるけど違うでしょう。ここまで不味いと後味が悪いです。普通のコーヒーでいいんです。セブン並のでお願いします

スタンダードなホテル

水圧が若干弱かったのが残念でした

朝市に近いよ。

リピーターです。 立地もよいです。また宿泊します。

全体的にに良かったと思いますが風呂の蛇口がサーモでは無くお湯と水のハンドルが別々だったのが古さを感じ不便でもあり星一つ減です。

初めて利用させてもらいました。駅からそう遠くもなく、部屋自体は清掃もちゃんとしてあってよかったと思います。ただトイレとバスルームが一緒だったのが残念なところかなと思いました。それ以外はいいホテルだと思いました

落ち着いてても良かったです。

施設は駅から近くてよかったのですが、壁が薄いせいか隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえで深夜までうるさく眠れなかった

自家用車で移動しましたが近隣の駐車場の割引もあり、立地もよく利用しやすかったです。フロントのスタッフの対応も丁寧で親切でわかりやすかったです。

仙台駅から徒歩で近く、近くにコンビニもあり、治安も良く、安心して泊まれました。とてもよかったです！！　仙台駅に行く際にはまた泊まりたいと思いました。
