This is our second experience to stay at this hotel. The room quite spacious and the service was very good. We also enjoyed the breakfast. But we suggest more varieties of food for different days, since we stayed for 6 nights and taken the same breakfast menu everyday was quite boring. But honestly it was still enjoyable to eat at breakfast.

Room spacious for Japanese standard. Excellent location, easy access to subway. Airport bus drop off and pick up walkable distance. Surrounded by fantastic eateries

to get there from New Chitose airport is easy. you took train to Sapporo station and then get taxi to this hotel. it is the easiest way if you brought your luggage with you. taxi cost around 1000 yen from Sapporo station. This hotel is really great value. the location itself is very lively in downtown area with so many restaurant and cafe and mini market. what I love about this hotel is the twin bed size 120 meter, so it can fit 2 adults and 2 kids. ask for mountain view, the view in the morning was so beautiful with so many building and snow mountain as background. the front desk officer also very helpful and cater all your need and question. I recommend this hotel considering it's good value, good location, the bed size and great service.

It was an awesome hotel with clean room, good service and strategic place. If I want to visit Japan again, I will definitely choose to stay at Sapporo hotel.
