Enjoyed our stay. Room was small but that’s to be expected in Japan. Otherwise clean and having a few washing machine/dryers available to use was bonus!

Great modern hotel with great staff! Breakfast is good but not a great variety especially with longer stays. We skipped some days due to that. The “fitness centre” is a joke with one ball and treadmill. Luckily we found a good gym close by (Warrior Gym) with good day or two-week rates. Anytime Fitness is across the street but no drop-ins or overseas addresses allowed for 1 month rates. Wish the hotel spent some more effort on their gym. I rate that a 1/5. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We first booked rooms at APA across the street and when we checked in, it was ridiculously small that me and my husband just decided to eat the cost for the next two nights and book another room here a Mitsui since another couple we were traveling with decided to staying at APA.
Mitsui was sooooo much better. Cleaner. Bigger. Nice separate bath/shower room, sink, and toilet room. Small closet but most of Tokyo hotels are small.
Surprised they didn’t have Osen but luckily since I had paid for the APA hotel reservation for 3nights, I just hopped over to use their Osen.
They also didn’t have room service which I thought was weird.
Breakfast was decent. Nothing amazing.
Location is ok.
2 minute walk to Don quijote which is a big plus if u buy a lot of things/gifts and don’t need to drag all the bags over up and down the subway.
7 to 10min walk tot be subway stations.

This hotel is an average do everything by yourself hotel with extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. The bed is rock hard and the pillows are too. I have a herniated disc and the bed definitely made my pain reoccur along with neck pain from the pillows. The room is dry with no air circulation. If you put the AC on it’s freezing and if it’s off it’s hot and dry. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. In addition the rooms are extremely small, you have no where to open your suitcase and it becomes hard to walk around the room. There are many great hotels in Tokyo with much better service and conditions. I would avoid this one.

I thought the service at the hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Hotel is relatively upscale and luxurious. However, one fault would be the mildew smell in the tub/shower room. This may be a design flaw, but it is a bit off-putting in contrast to how nice the entire experience is. Restaurant is lovely as well, with a nice assortment of breakfast items for reasonable cost.

The staff was super nice but the property itself felt a bit run down - dirty carpet, fingerprints everywhere. Made it hard to relax after a long day. Gym had no weights, restaurant had nice views but limited menu. Just east of the hotel is a super nice area, just west gets pretty ragged, loud, Times Squar-y if that's your thing. But staff is awesome

Conveniently located but near busy clubs. Weekend crowd can get noisy if traveling with kids or if it's not your thing. The road noise was a tad loud (we were on a lower floor) when those roaring mario karts ride by or louder cars drive by. Balcon was wonderful and hotel staff were very helpful.

A fantastic hotel. Beautiful, modern property and guest rooms. Conveniently located next to restaurants, bars, and entertainment in Roppongi. A short walk to Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi Hills, and two metro/train lines. Great location from which to explore the rest of the city.

An excellent alternative in Roppongi. The rooms are clean and well-appointed albeit smaller than the 4- and 5-star hotels in Tokyo. The bathroom was well-designed with a walk-in shower/bath and separate enclosed toilet area. Overall value is excellent. The breakfast offering is quite good with several choices. I would recommend this property based on its value, location, cleanliness and staff.
