The property was very clean. Was big enough for 4 people to stay with room and the best surprise was the washer and dryer.

Great property for families with young children. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Convenience stores just at the end of the block with some wonderful dining options within a ten minute walk.

Great location with access to different train , staff well prepared and meticulous with their service - easy to deal with even with language barrier at times, room well designed and spacious for Japanese standard, the washer/dryer combo was a life saver.

This was perfect for a family of four. We had comfortable beds for everyone! The location is great we were able to get around Tokyo via several different nearby stations. Also the washer Dryer in the unit came in handy several times. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Hotel monDAY was excellent. When I checked in, it was very easy and the attendant was clear and concise with instructions. The room itself was very spacious for four adults and had great amenities. Location wise, it's close to two stations and many restaurants! I would stay here again even on a solo trip.

I had high hopes given the current reviews. I was very disappointed with the standard of the room and cleanliness. Entrance to the rooms gives to the outside, it didn’t feel cozy. Beds had each one single tiny little pillow. Extra pillows are not available to borrow. Only good point was location, but even then, connections with the subway weren’t the best in my opinion. I won’t be staying here again. There are far better hotel options in Tokyo to choose from.

We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially to families! We traveled as a family of 5, having booked 2 rooms. Our children (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the bunk beds. The rooms are spacious, with a laundry/drying machine in each unit. They also provide the detergent for the laundry to use as well. The unit and bathroom are very clean. The only minor downside is that the bedroom uses 2 twin beds rather than a king bed - but I think this is the norm for Tokyo where there are narrow elevators and it may be difficult to move in a King sized beds. However, the bed themselves are very comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for 8 days and we had a restful sleep every night. The area around the hotel is quiet at night, but it is centrally located - near 3 subway lines - the Onarimon Station, Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station. We used all 3 during our stay and it made sight seeing around Tokyo very easy. Each of these stations are between 5-10 minute walk. Just make sure to get a SUICA card ahead of time (digital suica is the easiest on your smart phone) and we got a Child SUICA at the JR office in Narita. Re: dining, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance in the Daimon area nearby 5-10 minute walk as well. Or you can hop on a train to go to your preferred destination. Lastly, we want to put a special commendation to Yu, the front reception staff - who was extremely warm and welcoming. He answered all of our questions and more!

Very good location as close to train line, quiet area and the apartment had everything we needed, very clean, highly recommend and pricing was also very reasonable.

No actual reception security at night. No internal phones within the hotel building when needs help...u must take evaluator down to reception to get them help.
