Short comfortable stay night before climbing Ontake-san. The front desk was very helpful with providing information about taxi to the trailhead .

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.We specially liked the cosy lounge area where we could have a cup of coffee. Foreign tourists like coffee and like to relax in a big and comfortable chair! The lady manager was cheerful and very helpful. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

It was an out of season trip and we had a tremendous service. People were attentive and friendly. The food was out of this world.

過去1番のホテルです。
お風呂にはリンゴが沢山うかべてくれていて素敵でした。
アメニティは必要な物をセルフで受け取れて良かったです。
夕飯のスキヤキはとても美味しく、赤出汁の味噌汁は絶品で息子は５回ほどおかわりしていましたがスタッフさんが優しく応じてくれました。
1月2日に利用させて貰ったら正月ということで地酒4種をセルフで飲めるシステムで少々飲み過ぎてしまいました。
朝食もｼｬﾌﾞｼｬﾌﾞの1人鍋が付いたりと最高のコスパを感じます。
夕飯、朝食共に量が丁度良く、何から何まで家族全員が大満足でした。
来年のお正月もお世話になる予定ですので、
宜しくお願いします。

古いホテルですが、接客が穏やかで嫌な気分はしません︎^_^
・温泉ではなく、普通のお風呂
・お風呂の洗面所にスキンケアなし
・浴室内にシャンプーリンスボディソープ洗顔あり
・お風呂の清掃は夜から朝まで1度もされない
(夜の脱ぎっぱなしの浴衣がそのまま
髪の毛も大量に落ちてる)
・部屋のエアコンがうるさい
・朝食は夜より豪華
泊まられる方は是非近くの「キビオ峠」へ出向いてください。
御嶽山の眺望が素晴らしいです！

それなりに年季のある施設ですが、部屋はきれいで気持ちよかったです。
大浴場も古く、気にはなりましたが、掃除が行き届いている様には感じました。
スタッフの方の対応も気持ち良かったです。

Hotel var lite gammalt men ren. Baren var stängt pga pandemi. Rummen var helt ok. Onsen var fin. Vi stannade bara en nätt och provade inte frukost men det såg gott ut.
