This is a fantastic hotel. Its architecture is Incredibly elegant and functional, has the best restaurants in Niseko by a margin particularly the Japanese restaurant. The staff is very kind and amiable. The rooms are very well designed and cozy with excellent sound insulation. It is a ski-in ski-out hotel in the best location in the HIRAFU section of the mountain, with great ski room and equipment rental available. Undoubtedly one of the top ski hotels of the world. It became the favorite for me and my family. Excellent experience overall!!

Best new ski resort hotel in Japan in 2024 for a reason. Absolutely no complain, except that it's cheaper to book directly vs booking through Expedia.

Beautiful place and great amenities, a perfect stay. My parents and partner could not stop raving about everything. The parking lot is a little muddy in certain parts so watch out for that.

We did not like the limited choice of eating places. There were 2 formal restaurants - no cafe or casual dining, all extremely expensive. In the Italian restaurant, the sides came at the same time as the appetisers, instead of with the Mains!!!
There was no room service option.
Luckily there was a small shop with frozen food which could be eaten in the room. Terrible kitchen design in room, need tk stand on a stool to get the crockery 😵💫

Muwa is an exceptional property, particularly for skiing enthusiasts. The accommodations are excellent, and the location is ideal, right next to the ski fields. However, transportation and dining options can be challenging, and communication with the staff is somewhat limited. It's essential to plan ahead, as assistance is often unavailable on short notice. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is quite positive.

An amazing ski in ski out luxury hotel with exquisite facilities, friendly staff, and a ski shop. A few kinks to iron out- mainly regarding their shuttle service and lack of food and drink at the hotel between 3-5pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the luxury resort. We loved its architecture and interior design. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were hospitable, helpful and spoke fluent English. Alvin was a tremendous help when we were checking out of the property.
The ¥5000 per night for valet parking within the property was exorbitant, especially during the off peak season.We chose to park our rental car at the free parking instead.

Simply awesome. When we are back in Niseko, this is where we gonna stay. It would have been ideal also to have a bar there though.
