This hotel provided me with the perfect base to explore the sites of Osaka for a few nights.
A comfortable bed, great service, friendly & helpful staff. What more do you want from a hotel.
It’s very close to the metro line and just a few stops away from Osaka station, although you do need to change lines, just bare that in mind. However once you know the subway system it’s in a great location and so quiet, but shops and restaurants are literally a few mins walk away.

We stayed at a triple room, with 3 single beds. The room is very crowded and there is no room to lay flat and open any of our suitcases. Very inconvenience.

I was stayed for 5 nights with my family...Poor service the reception dont speak and listen english very well...not friendly staff....strict about check out time...
In third day the hotel forgot to gave mineral water and small towel.
The hotel scan our ID twice in different days because they said not clearly such not a proffesional job
I spent 5 days but they refuse gave a little time check out for free

We didn't like the initial person we meet at the front desk she was rude and unhelpful.
There also was no information on breakfast available or attractions near by or bike rental options.

朝食時、外国人観光客の方が大半で…
大声で騒がしくうるさくて、楽しみにしていた食事が ゆっくり楽しめなかったのが残念です。
スタッフの方々も、バッタバタしていました。
アメニティが、他のホテルに比べて貧相‼ 色々少ないです。

滞在時に出会ったフロントスタッフは全て外国の方でした。意味が分かるぐらいの日本語で、会話に何の問題もなかったです。ホテルの外観からも、宿泊者も外国人が殆どなのかなと思います。
滞在前にメッセージで質問しましたが、完璧な日本語でした。ただ、忘れ物したかも！という緊急の時には、少し困りました。
朝ごはんのスタッフは日本人しかみませんでした。とても細やかに気配りして、しかも楽しそうにテキパキ作業されてる女性の方がいて、高齢者のプレート（ビュッフェです）を席に運んであげたり、とても親切でした。他の方も丁寧でしたし、お料理もたくさん種類があって好きなものを選べるのでよかったです。
